Dont tell me people are not ready ..there will be no mass panic

Who cares what a bunch of philosophers and boy lovers at the Vatican have to say.
If I ever come face to face with one these ugly lil green probe happy buggers. The last thing he's gonna see ? Is my steel toed Redwing kick'in his brains out. Never happen but it's nice to dream.

I've said before that I think it all depends on how it's done. If it's massive UFOs over ever major city and spider people marching up Main Street, I think people might do a little panicking.

But even if it's just a distant radio signal from far, far away, people are still going to get a bit unnerved. Rumors will abound. Conspiracy theories. Maybe it will eventually settle down to the point where studying the alien signal will become a boring bit of dusty academia.

But if there is any chance at all of there being an invasion, people will indeed go nuts.

It could be that an invasion is exactly what's on the agenda. Nothing would bring the nations of the world together under a militaristic regime quicker than a worldwide invasion of artificial "alien" creatures. I'm not saying there aren't any real aliens visiting us... quite the contrary, that's probably the reason for this agenda in the first place, somehow.

As for the invasion, rumor has it that there is a force of freaks created by genetic experimentation floating in tubes underground right now. Of course this makes me sound like a bit of a freak myself. But when you look at enough witness testimonies from former military personnel and others, some pieces start to fit strangely together, and this is the picture they form. Carol Rosin, quoting Werner Von Braun (famous father of modern rocketry), said the plan was to fake an alien invasion... and with a network of underground tunnels and bases being built across the world, and unknown numbers of genetic freaks being preserved down there, not to mention the recent rumor of genetic experiments at Area 51, it's starting to look like that plan is in action.



All just a theory, of course. I'm normally more skeptical than this... but it's reason enough for me to stay on my guard, and frankly, I think we all should.

Are we ready? Well the way to really know is to ask your relatives, friends and work colleagues what they would do if Disclosure happened. 20 yeard ago even asking that question alone would have condemned you as being not quite right in the head. I have tried to broach the subject back then in the 1980s but it was just too taboo. Today i know i could "come out" as it were and ask the same question again without fear of being ridiculed as the question is now socially acceptable. I have asked the question and most people replied saying they would be glued to tv for a few days and stay with family and not come into work. After the First Contact excitment is over they would go back to work and carry on. Only one or two said they would seek shelter underground ie underground railway systems for the first few hours of First Contact. If First Contact does happen then a Global holiday should be declared for say three days to allow people time to adjust to the situation. That seems sensible to me or at least a day off! But i disgress.

So i challenge everyone to ask this question and see what the response is and at the same time raise awareness on the issue of Disclosure as well!

Oh and on a final note i do hope First Contact does not take place in the next two weeks as Wimbledon is on and i am rooting for Andy Murray to make it to the Final! After that ET is welcome to reveal all!

It's all so ridiculous. We've been told for decades how "mass panic" will occur. How utterly stupid is that? It won't happen, but even if it did, so what? How long would mass panic actually last? A few days? Maybe a week? Does anyone really think that there would be a long, sustained period of rioting, looting and killing? I think you'd have to be as dense as pavement to believe that humanity is that stupid. Yes, we're primitive in many ways -- look at religion, for example -- but I seriously doubt much if anything would happen if the world suddenly realized that we aren't alone.

Well I guess I'm as dense as pavement then, because I do believe that is what would happen. I guess I just don't have as much faith in the intelligence of humans as you do. I think the MIB line sums up my feelings, "A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky, dangerous animals and you know it."

The Brookings Report was flawed 50 years ago when it was released, and it's all but irrelevant now.
Yet, it is still the standard that the status quo raises up the flagpole whenever this subject is broached.

Hi, my first time participating. Although I have great respect for people's excitement over UFO sightings, I do feel more real education should be presented to the general public concerning this subject. From what I've read on the subject, these are very highly developed races coming to visit our shores in an attempt to wake us up to our true reality as a cosmic race. With respect to the public out there and their experiences regarding these events, I would hope that these would not only be regarded as aliens entertaining us with their aerial displays, but be seen as our fellow cosmic citizens trying to draw our attention and our awareness to our greater comic reality and the responsibility we have in educating ourselves and our offspring in affairs regarding our evolution as a future space-faring nation like them. There's not much time left though.
So get the latest and freshest information available no matter the cost and meditate on the cosmos instead of watching sport and partying. Think of travelling at the speed of thought.

I think this is possibly the answer. While western Europe is a close second, to a visitor arriving from space the US clealy looks to be the most technologically advanced part of the world:

Its not about panic, its about religion, also people would know they can't trust their government, that means elections etc.

I think society is definitely ready...I say ...bring it on...reveal.... and lets move on to a clearer truth!

Imagine you are the president, prime minister, head of the government. And you making announcement about ET being real.

"My fellow (countryman)! We have been visited, by our brothers and sisters from the Universe! What a glorious day for all the mankind! . . . and, yeah . . . well . . . we been lying to you about there existence for years now, because . . . well . . . power trip ?! I dunno . . . yeah, so sorry about it! Please vote for us in the next election! Because Yes we can!"

That's why, they will NEVER EVER will publicly announce, what we have been visited - lust for power.
How many of you, would like to live under THAT government after ?! Or maybe be asking ET for a ride to some galaxy far far away, from this one.

People ARE ready . . . the goverment is not.

The only reason I see for mass panic and hysteria is if they were hideous looking i.e. look like spiders. I could not handle that!

The idea that these creatures are made in labs by us and humanity and its evil is behind it sounds very wrong. The technology we see around UFO cases is not something people have discovered even if technology develops at a fast pace. We are talking about almost science fiction abilities and it's naive to think we got that without help from more advanced civilization,

Keep in mind the Von Braun quote has no evidence for it except from dubious Ufological related websites. So lets not get too worried about "fake alien invasions". Not to mention the "Project Bluebeam" hoax we have to deal with here on ATS.

Im not a skeptic..firm believer, however this video appears to just be chinese lanterns to me.
The fact he said we saw them last year aswel...must be some kind of event on.

I know over bonfire night (guy fawks) last year, everyone was setting them off...and from a far they looked like a fleet of ufos...behaving just like that video.

I have no idea what would actually happen, but the shock of just how much our governments have deceived us coupled with religious people having a massive cognitive dissonance experience may destroy our current civilization.

Living in the USA post 9/11 I've seen most of my family change completely. From being genuinely nice people to xenophobic angry reactionaries. The election of Obama has only deepened this in them. Part the blame there lies in the media they watch, but they do have a responsibility for their own thoughts and actions no matter how influenced they may be. I think if they came to fully understand that there are extraterrestrials secretly coming to this planet and that their government has been lying to them about it for all this time they may have a complete break with sanity.

Personally the only people I think who are ready for such a revelation are conspiracy theorists. Everybody else may be living in a bubble that could destroy them if it bursts.

I don't think we're ready at all, but I also don't think we're going to get much closer to accepting it until they really start showing themselves. I mean, there are many people who still hate others because they are a different skin colour. Can you imagine if an entirely different species that was way smarter than us showed up? It would be insane. Hate spawned out of fear of the unknown.
