This should be quite interesting. Thought you guys might be interested, I just came across it online. Maybe that's why NASA is doing the preparedness. Who knows anymore, if it's going to happen, nothing we can do to stop it.

From what I could gather by reading the pdf file, this is simply an exercise that is conducted every year. The next exercise will be held in 2012, and as they said, will simulate a cyber attack. This has nothing to do with a false flag operation.
