well said. however, the Israelis know the Mid-East Region way better than Russia. second, the Israelis have proven that american designed aircraft is far more superior than russian made. just look at Israel's past wars. and third, Russian ground units will be 'sitting ducks' to the superior IAF.

Also, Israel the one strategy that no else uses... "Hit where it hurts the most!" yep its sad but true.

What are you gibbering about? Supererior to what? The SU-30 would give your jets a run for their money, and the Russian army would just flatten ypu without even stopping.

And what sort of "strategy" is hit them where it hurts most?? I would have thought that would be the first thing any army cadet gets taught!!

The F-117 was offered to the Brits only. Isreal was never offered the 117 period. However, please post your source and link to it if you can. And please not somebodies web blog. Israel could purchase the F-22 but it is too expensive to go after children in Gaza. They do just fine killing the children with what they had.

And really now, put down the crack pipe. The have a modern airforce and they are the best in the middle east, but if Russia or China decided to take them out, call them Burn cause they are toast.

I think Israel would put up one hell of a fight for a country of its size. They have great training and tech but no country in their right mind wants to go up against the hurt Russia can deal out.

Even America was not crazy enough to take them head on during the Cold War and vise versa. MAD was indeed crazy but it worked

I can see where people would get the idea that Russia would beat Isreal in the air, but what makes them think China is able...? They have a lousy 300 fourth generation fighters at this time. By 2010 they'll have 600. By the time China has a real force of fourth generation fighters Isreal will be ordering JSF from America. Read their history, 3 major conflicts and they handed their enemies arses to them on platters. One attack they turned a defeat when they were out numbered 3/1 and turned it into a spectacular victory.

Actually they take place in it like once in 8 years. They bring their own jets to go up against US pilots they don't get trained there like our pilots do

I believe the Us would try to capture him he is more valuable that way. But if we couldn't we would kill him but only because he is an immediate risk and he killed a lot of people. Target practice with little kids And all of their wars they were back up by the US and they fought really decimated 3rd world countries. I would like to see Israel go up against the US, Russia, China, or Britain. Israel would get its arse handed to it!
