Unless... you actually provide verifiable proof .. your opinion or theory does not count as proof of anything other than you have deep belief in your opinion.. nothing more

Can we stop with the "PROOF" posts when there's none? .. please?

It's an annoying tactic to get more people to click on a thread and it should be avoided, if you post quality content then people will read it .. you don't have to resort to "PROOF" "SHOCKING' "BREAKING" if you have a thoughtful enough post with a proper subject.

your right about PROOF

but SHOCKING or BREAKING whats wrong with that. if you know its going to be a false flag thread then dont click on it. people will learn which ones are false and which ones are true

The only thing wrong with them is that they are over used and 9 times out of 10 it seems they are posting something that's already being discussed ..

That is just too much like right, nobody will ever have proof on certain things. Yet they try to make it fit so bad and it never will. But you're right, stop using that damn word!

It doesn't matter what you guys post, it will just be am image on my screen.

And I think that until smellivision, that is the best we can expect.

On the plus, if you like to troll this site as a skeptic you will always be able to claim that any photographic evidence is insufficient - just so long as you refrain from mentioning the limitations of monitors, in which case people will see through the whole thing.

"Troll this site as a skeptic" ?

Being a skeptic is quite healthy, it keeps a balanced role to some of the lunacy that runs rampant in the threads.. however, requesting valid evidence is hardly trolling.. Claiming proof in the context of an opinion is a waste of time for all involved.. Opinion is not proof, in any way.. and it never will be, it's merely an argument for something you believe in.. sometimes compelling, sometimes not.. but never is it proof

Haha, okay.

Check out the new definition of a troll:

According to Hardaker, a troll is an individual "who constructs the identity of sincerely wishing to be part of the group in question, including professing or conveying pseudo-sincere intentions, but whose real intention(s) is/are to cause disruption and/or to trigger or exacerbate conflict for the purposes of their own amusement.”

The best way to troll sites like ATS is as a 'skeptic' who 'honestly just wants to know'. Check it out and you'll see - the best trolls on ATS are trolling as skeptics these days. You can insult people more too if you do it as a skeptic. For example: compare when a 'buhleaver' calls someone a name to when a skeptic does it.
