UK bans shipping company UPS from moving cargo at selected areas.

UPS have been told they must give assurances on screening,no details of which locations are involved.
Follows recent reports that the new Al Queda boss has given warnings of further attacks on the US and allies.
It was also reported that the Al Queda member shot earlier this week at a roadside checkpoint,was found to be carrying papers which concerned attacks on London-including the Ritz hotel,and world famous Eaton college
