Exclusive: Jimmy Henchman Associate Admits to Role in Robbery/Shooting of Tupac; Apologizes To Pac & B.I.G.'s Mothers

www.allhiphop.com

A man has admitted to being involved in the attack on rap star Tupac Shakur in 1994, inside Manhattan's Quad Studios in November of 1994, after allegedly being paid $2,500 dollars by James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond.

Dexter Isaac, a former friend of Rosemond, is an inmate currently serving life in prison for murder, robbery and other offenses.

Isaac came forward Wednesday (June 15th) with the information on the eve of what would be Tupac's 40th birthday.

He confessed to his involvement in the November 30th, 1994 robbery of Tupac Shakur to AllHipHop.com, after Jimmy Henchman ident

Important to Note: This is not the shooting that killed Tupac. This is from the first shooting that started the whole East Coast / West Coast issues where Tupac was claiming that Biggie was behind.

What we have here is a man who is implicating James (Jimmy Henchman) Rosemond in the hired shooting of Tupac and he also claims that he still holds evidence (jewelry) to prove his case.

This does not solve Tupac's murder, but will definitely provide some steam to get this case back into the limelight for investigation again.

Good find. I was never satisfied with the explanation that Biggie was behind the robbery in the studio that sparked the whole deadly feud. Hopefully this story encourages more people to examine both murders and the context surrounding them.

So, it appears that P.Diddy may have some additional heat coming his way as a result of the latest developments.

This is the part of the story that I'm most interested in...

A small mention seemingly regarding the murders was made by Issac which could be seen as casting a suspicious cloud over Sean “P. Diddy” Combs. Issac states, “Jimmy, you and Puffy like to come off all innocent-like, but as the saying goes: You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people, all of the time.” The statement does not elaborate further, only going on to rhetorically ask whether or not Rosemond plans to “flip” on Diddy when the feds catch up with him.

Who? Rappers? Black people?
That's a pretty ignorant statement either way. Violence only begets violence and the thugs that are perpetrating this violence know no boundaries. You can continue to ignore what happens off your grid but one day this kind of thing might hit closer to home than you think.

Me personally, I just care about the truth.

You might want to clarify what you are talking about here. It can be taken so many ways.

If though you mean criminals (I am giving you the benefit of the doubt), it seems Tupac was on his way to changing his life style when he was killed. He might have been going about it slowly and still hanging on to parts of his past, but it is not like he was full out gang banging or dealing dope any more. He was spending a lot of his time recording and doing film.

I always like Shakur, much of his music had a message of truth held within it. His song Changes was nothing short of remarkable. I wonder what he would be saying today seeing that we really do have a black president (not that I like Obama by any means)?

Who exactly is "they"? Go jump off a cliff back into the 1800's.

OT: S & F for you OP, nice find. The "facts" in this story & the murder never added up in my head. Government involvement in the whole scene of the crime is not surprising. It's control of the population. Pit 2 of the biggest role models at the time of the young black man against each other & they will take care of themselves. Who needs police & such when you can start a war between members of the same race & have them police themselves?

Amazing, should put the allegations of involvement of the FBI to rest now, especially with this confession coming from a convict.

End of story!

tupac knew who shot him and why.

as detailed in the song "against all odds"

this will serve as confirmation, and some backlash may ensue.

jimmy henchman is the rapper game manager, and he has previously sued the tupac estate for emotional distress and death threats because tupac named him in the song i mentioned.

so if tupac was right about this, i wonder if he wasnt right in naming jaques agnant aka haitian jack as a goverment informer working for the feds. also setting up tupac for the rape charge.

tupac knew that biggie wasnt behind it, but tupac knew biggie knew it was gonna happen, thus being mad at him for not warning him of what was gonna happen.

biggie just played along the ny drug dealers extortion rings that tupac himself refused to play along with.

the hit was to rob tupac of his jewels, but tupac fought back plus was armed, so they shot him.

It appears you have done your homework. Thanks for adding some more quality material to the thread. Stars for that.

You raise an interesting point regarding Haitian Jack. It will be interesting to hear if more comes to light on Tupac's original allegations.

Again, thanks for your contribution.

actually it can flip on the feds.

if tupac didnt lie about this part of the story why would he lie about the other bits.

so the black mafia who were behind puffy and bad boy did attack tupac for his refusal to join them.

so probably tupac was right aswell of acusing fbi informants of setting him up on the rape charge.

the plot thickens on the fbi involvent, but im sure they have erased the links to them already.

To be honest...It appears to be all about street cred. The guy came forward after Jimmy Henchman was saying that this guy was an informant.

yeah crew loyalty fades when you realise that most involved in these affairs are either dead or in jail.

meanwhile puffy and henchmen are still making money and acting like saints pretending they were never involved in the extortion and rap related killings.

all of that with a strong stench of government involvement laying about.

what happened in the 90s rap industry was COINTEL PRO applied to the rapgame.

and the true meaning behind the concept of "the hip hop police"

I see so its throwing the mud around with some facts embedded within it. I cant imagine what will follow this data being any good to some.

Thanks for input.

This might bring out the killers of PAC and BIG Rip to them both, since the big wigs are in motion with this ignorance.

"They" is all Gang bangin thug criminals.

YES I want them all dead and all the better if they kill themselves.
If you want them around then that is fine. I sure hope you don't have a family member harmed by one of these P.O.S.
I for one, see no need for these people to exist and breath up all of the perfectly good oxygen.
They serve no purpose whatsoever and need to be exterminated like cockroaches.
and before anyone insists that I am racist, I feel the same way about ANY group of criminals who's sole purpose
is to instill fear and hatred into society.

YES, some people NEED to be eliminated from society, that is why we have the.........DEATH PENALTY!!
It needs to be used more instead of housing lifelong thugs at taxpayer expense.

But, I digress.

Actually.
The east coast/west coast beef had been going on for like two and a half-3 years before pac was shot.
The east coast was jealous of the publicity the west coast was getting.

In 1991 an artist named Tim Dogg released a song titled "EFF Compton[with the real F word there]

It wasn't mainstream as much back then, but the animosity was there.

Other than that, good find.
