China backs Russia on US missile shield saying it undermines global security.

I remember reading that the worlds biggest radar is in Belarus and was part of the old Soviet defences.
Given the $3 billion that Moscow has organised in a bailout for Lukaschenko,I would not be suprised if they did not want to see this Radar operational again.
I will try and find a link-I have it bookmarked somewhere.
