Newbie asking: What is this Deny Ignorance you speak of?

So what does it mean? Does it mean that you are a republican telling your constituents to deny your ignorance for following Bush? Or are you a whistleblower who wants to bring out the truth and crush ignorance? Or, are you Ignorant and like to deny it?
