The idea that wearing something that is perfectly acceptable walking down the street is grounds for being pulled over when riding a bike and harassed by a gun wielding, badge wearing clown in a monkey suit, leads me to one conclusion, the jackbooted armed tax collector was the one distracted and hoping to catch a piece on the side. You know the old saying "women love a man in uniform"

Cycling while sexy could be hazardous to city motorists - just ask Jasmijn Rijcken.

The leggy Dutch tourist said she was pulled over by an NYPD cop for flashing too much skin while on two wheels.

"He said it's very disturbing, and it's distracting the cars and it's dangerous," Rijcken told the Daily News. "I thought he was joking around but he got angry and asked me for ID."

www.nydailynews.com...

I really do not suggest this cop try and get a job in phoenix, every other female rider will pulled over and "detained" while he gets his jollies.

Here is a photo from the article. Apparently it is the same skirt she was wearing when pulled over:

PHOTO.

And, yes. That is pretty ridiculous. I was expecting her to almost be nude or what not but she looks like anyone else going down the street.

On a side note, my mother did cause a wreck about 10 years ago. lol She was involved in a protest and a motorist driving by was looking at her and rammed into another car. Oops! LOL!

So I guess it happens but the officer in this case was still being ridiculous.

Nothing terribly exciting. lol My mother was a volunteer union steward for the post office. So she would often engage in the protests with regular postal employees for their causes.

This particular incident occurred on the North Side in San Antonio but I don't know the specific spark that caused it.

She looks sweet! What in the world was wrong with the officer? I was expecting her to be in something really revealing, but I grew up on the beach and so to see women in thongs and string bikini tops walking all over town was just another day at the beach. I feel for the lady.

Her outfit is normal. It's those crazy people wearing full speedos and one of those aerodynamic space bike helmets you have to watch out for!

This is stupid.

Especially when you figure there was probably a mugging occurring a block away when the policeman was (possibly sexually) harassing her.

Police have too much power, that is the problem. The officer wanted to see more and figured by offering a fine, he might do just that in exchange for no fine....Corrupt police need put in prison!!!

I think the policeman was just being a bit lecherous.

Stopping a woman for some phony reason was probably his equivalent of saying ''do you come here often, love ?''.

Agreed I thought she was going to have a mini skirt on! People ride around here in their bathing suits, I would think that is more distracting than what this woman has on. She looks like a tourist riding around.

As for your mothers story, this is one from my ex who I dated for about 5yrs and we are still friends..Anyway he wrecked his VW Bug convt back when I was in HS. He was driving down the main road beach side and got distracted by our HS dance team's car wash and wrecked it. The funny this is, I was at this car wash and I remembered this so it was hilarious when it turns out my bf was this guy. We both got a chuckle out of it.

I have to agree with this, sadly. Such a shame. But there're better places to look hot than on the side of the road. You really have to question the pedestrian's state of mind to be doing that.

Another thing to consider are fetishes. Nakedness is not the only turn on. So how do you legislate this mess to protect the motorists from being distracted? Seems they'll be busy... How busy are they willing to be. I think myself I must have a dozen fetishes. Give me a call.

Still, the female body is pretty thing ain't it. I think I mentally crashed my newly waxed love bug.

That is too funny!

Although no wreck happened, I remember back in high school, I was driving one of my friends home after school. While driving home, there was a gorgeous, curvaceous blond jogging in 5 o' clock traffic in the medical center. She was wearing only a sports bra and biker shorts.

While stopped at a red light, I could see all the male rubberneckers in their vehicles practically rupturing their spines to look at her. haha. Thank goodness we were all stopped at a light!

I was thinking this woman was going to look just like a stripper. She looks like an athletic DECENT normal bike rider.

God, I'm so *** GLAD *** I got old fat and ugly. You wouldn't believe the ways I was treated, when I wasn't.

(Well, actually, I guess you would, after this story.)

I bet you're Moms hot and there are more wrecks she dosn't know about .

I think the bike rider could definetly be a distraction to the right person. Excluding myself of course.

Never mind the protest!

I think the real legitimate question in this case should be: What Was She Wearing?
