I never use GLP, just because ATS is so much better and promotes intelligent discussion GLP in my view is the exact opposite so for those reasons I don’t post there. However I saw a thread about GLP today and started browsing though the forum just searching topics that interest me to see if they were having any intelligent discussion (they were not). One of the topics I am interesting in is the work of covert units, such as MI6 so I done a search for MI6 and found this

www.godlikeproductions.com...

It’s a link to a thread on there called “The Increment, MI6’s Secret Paramilitary unit (and they do false flags)” it’s a very good thread about something that many people don’t know even exists, I know that because I wrote it and put it on ATS!!

The Increment, MI6’s Secret Paramilitary Unit

Here is the really strange thing, I posted this on the fifth of January this year, according to the GLP thread they beat me to it posting on the fourth. I am guessing this is due to time differences and would really appreciate if users could help me out with that one.

The “author” of this GLP thread has made two changes to my thread first off all adding to the name, I did not say they were responsible for false flags, rather assassinations and the second change is in the conclusion were he (or rather I) wrote

It’s really quite strange, there is absolutely nothing to prove the existence of a paramilitary unit inside British intelligence yet there are a few stories that strongly suggest their existence.

Here is how it should have read as on my thread.

It’s really quite strange, there is absolutely nothing to prove the existence of a paramilitary unit inside British intelligence yet there are a few stories that strongly suggest their existence. I would be very interested if other members o ATS could add their thoughts or won research into this topic on this thread.

Just to be clear I have never gave anyone permission to use any of my work, there no credit to me or ATS on the GLP thread. This guy has stole my thread and took out the bit about ATS deliberately removed any reference to ATS.

I would appreciate it users could help me out with this, has it happened to anyone else?

Yeap, they do that sort of crap on GLP. You're not the only one to have threads reposted there under different names.

Personally I steer clear of the website, methinks the combined IQ of the posters there is lower than the average temperature of Antarctica
.

I tried to submit this in the "Report Abusive Post" :

This was completely taken from ATS.. Almost word for word. Here is the original: www.abovetopsecret.com... and a thread discussing the blatant stealing: www.abovetopsecret.com... Please remove this immediately and alert member.

It directed me to a page that said my IP was blocked. This was my first time on their site.

maybe its that guy from a few weeks ago who got caught reposting GLP threads here and claiming as his own.
or maybe you stole the thread and are covering your butt.

anyway i dont think theres much you can do, just take it as a compliment.

After I found my thread, I done a search and found a thread on their site actually promoting stealing our threads.

I think you'll find many GLP members are ex-ATS - having been banned from here for whatever reason. They seem to hold a grudge and do everything in their power to steal ATS's thunder.

OP according to you they either

A) posted it there first

or

B) have invented time travel

Either way it was on GLP on the 4th, you posted it to ATS on the 5th.....So....

it's called charity, they need any help they can get due to their poorly researched(if at all) content.

ats has a copyright system designed exactly for this and other examples of "thread jacking", so just alert the staff and they will do what they can.

though i imagine it's much like arguin with a brick wall, due to the immense love for ats as propagated there.

and i agree to some extent their ats bashing is justified, ats is trully home to the cia, and disinfo agents and trolls and bla bla bla

still i'd rather be here in the viper's nest that on that lousy excuse of a forum

go figure

If proper credit hasn't been given to the original author (Kevinunknown from ATS), then I think they can have it removed from GLP via the DCMA.

Could be mistaken of course.

It's not beyond imagination that the GLP site owners have access to the database and can fiddle with the dates on threads.

An article I once wrote was used repeatedly by a politician in a campaign speech. Get used to being plagerized. If you're good, it'll probably happen more.

I have pointed that out in the OP, I don’t understand that I posted it first, I can only think that because I posted it at 0055 on the 5th, the poster stole it at the same time and due to the time difference it comes up on their boards as being done on the 4th

even taking into account of this case, there are a fair few on that site that have blatantly come from here all be it reworded slightly, suppose the ops of those threads can take it as a compliment,... there threads were so awsome someone copied it

lol

GLP still looks like two 13 yr old kids made web bulletin board.

You know they fap about ATS, probably previously banned members.

If you're sure of your facts, post a U2U to Springer with all the relevant info (links to both threads on both boards) and ask him to look into it. The date thing is a little weird. I'm not sure how that is happening, but it doesn't look good for your case.

Good luck.
