That comment is so wildely inaccurate. first of all superior beings that can travel through time/space, that have the ability to survive such a feat are going to sit in a court to go on trial...?? I cant say for sure if they do/ dont exist but i imagine if they do going on trial for millenia old rape is probaly past them. They are our benevalent force every time our great civilisations are thrown forward in technology (e.g. Eygptions, Mayans, etc) by them we spend years trying to recover from this. we are a doomed weak life force who rely on a select few to run the planet and make decisions about things we couldnt comprehend or under stand.. u tell me what sounds more realistic.. a creator of every thing thats watches from above and rules every aspect of existence.. Imo the reason they are not here anymore is because of our relationships with psychoactive drugs. They are likely still in contact with those ancient tribes in the amazon ect. There is a reason they choose not to join the world in this rat race, and im sure it is a good one. Meanwhile in the amazon, they trip almost daily, or certainly once a week, most of the tribes anyways. In "civilized" world, you can only drink alcohol and smoke tobacco, which kills MILLIONS worldwide every single year, but that same "civilized" world frowns upon the most mind opening substances on this planet. the chemical '___' is a shed 1 drug, but it is the drug that is made NATURALLY in your brain that makes you sleep, and yes sleeping is tripping, so the law makers, are breaking that law when they made it.

We could go on and on through history and reports of beings from the sky kidnapping and raping people keeps popping up. Are we going to hold them accountable for what they've done? Suppose they have technology that allows them to live 10,000 years or even forever. That would mean they have the guilty parties, but should we ask them to turn them over to be put to justice?

That was really a non-answer. The poster said nothing about believing in macro evolution. And you didn't even address the point that we are doing horrendous things to creatures who ARE sentient, and we think it's ok apparently. Well I know we don't all think it's ok, but no one is doing anything to stop the crimes against other sentient beings on our earth. You made light of it. Disturbing.

I guess aliens are no different. It would only make sense that a higher race of beings, who know of our existence, would observe, conduct experiments, catalog, and even do things to some that would, under our laws, be criminal.

Just imagine what a rhinoceros would say about what we've done to their population or a dolphin about our treatment of the ocean, and so on and so on.

The court case will be very difficult to prove..not to mention all we have is a one sided story, no evidence, and no living witnesses. Going to call this a waste of court time personally.

I'm not sure our planetary law is the same as galatic or cosmic. Holding beings on charges we have here might go against some treaty or something similar to all the loopholes things like the "Geneva Convention" create .Besides that their technology far exceeds ours. How do you expect to keep something that could put a court room of people to sleep with its mind in check? With abilities like these how would it be caught to begin with? Greys are BOTs, AI. Universal maintenance workers, surgeons/scientists, and general care agents, they keep many of us alive to try and wake up and do the work we're meant to do, though they can be in many factions or sides hands, and they can bue projected into and used as suits.

There are SO many variables involved that you'd have to consider when deciding how to "treat" aliens once their existence is revealed.

For starters, it would depend a lot on their stated agenda, how the disclosure was made (them, our government, etc.), and emerging facts of what aspects of UFOlogy lore they are actually responsible for (such as abductions, etc.).

Whether they are friend or foe will mean an awful lot.

Sadly, their appearance will also govern this. They could be the most peaceful beings in the galaxy, but if they look like hideous monsters, that's how many humans would treat them, of course.

It may be helpful to remember the number one reason jail exists...

To keep criminals separate from society until they are regarded as rehabilitated enough to re-enter society.

How does this apply to an alien?

Not to even get into the issue of diplomatic immunity.....

sorry didn't read all posts, but don't you need to identify accused law breakers? You can't just condemn them all. Same treatment for all yes?

This is why if I seen them looking their true form I would appreciate their respect level more then some who try to look nice to seduce the mindstate into feeling comfortable due to them looking like me. The same tho goes for DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. So those that do may deserve to be interacted with facemask wearers since they are so judgmental. So if they show up looking like themselves then thats cool. Still I dont know how this applies for certain energies with ability to embedd into ALL universal inhabitants, but thats another situation.
