and they are probably right.

Does an animal know that when scientists shoot it with tranquilizers, kidnap it, track it, breed it, heal it etc. that it's being done for the good of the animal and it's species? Nope, the animal just views it as a terrifying event, not knowing what's really going on. I think a human/alien relationship could work the same way. The humans view these "abductions" as horrible, traumatizing events, when in reality they could be part of a human betterment program that they just don't understand. If these abductions are really being done by aliens (of which I'm doubtful), it's impossible to say what their motives are, they could just as easily be good as evil.

What makes you think humans are better than aliens?

By this logic, the human race should all be in prison.

Aliens don't interfere unless you want them too ( well, most anyways ).
If aliens are contacting, or are involved with you, then you gave them permission, whether it was before you were born, unconsciously, or consciously, you allowed them ( most cases anyways )
