Mostly, I don't care much, mostly.

I haven't heard it being said here in Oz yet, but like everything else it will invade and infest the tattered fragment that remains of our own culture, sadly.

We used to hear people talking about conversation in this way, "He said".. "She said", but now the american youth culture of "she's like".. "he's like".. and "I was like", among many other bastardisations, have mad a mockery of the english language as it is spoken in my country. I note too that it has invaded almost every level of society in the U.S. so that people of all ages say it that way.

So is "much" the new "not" ?
