The U.S. Economic Outlook

www.federalreserve.gov

I would like to thank the organizers for inviting me to participate once again in the International Monetary Conference. I will begin with a brief update on the outlook for the U.S. economy, then discuss recent developments in global commodity markets that are significantly affecting both the U.S. and world economies, and conclude with some thoughts on the prospects for monetary policy.

Economic improvement? My ass... Hahahahaha, we are going into the #ter full speed ahead... I wonder if QE3 is coming down the pipe - Wallstreet must not have liked his speech today. I suspect that the line is around todays closing. Expect things to get worse.

I can hear the paper mill firing up at the Fed. Ben seems to be Engineer Scott in Star trek... "I'm given her all she's got"!!

You wonder? Check out the Post I just made and I think your question will be answered.
I think it's all going to start to snowball faster and faster now.

Lol. Aren’t you angry though? The situation the US is in was basically engineered by bankers who will probably end up owning most of America when the dust settles. I just hope the collapse of the US dollar as the worlds reserve currency doesn't affect Australia to much. I mean do you realise how bad it's going to get over there? You might as well start saving the green back for toilet paper because you won't be able to afford any.

If it craps out, the entire world goes too. Way too much money leveraged by the bankers.

I have to completely agree with you on the "they need their fix part", but at what cost? I just don't understand how they seriously expect to spend their way into anything more than a giant black hole of debt. The ball is rolling already, they just keep giving it kicks making it go faster and faster. Soon enough they won't be able to keep up with the need this fix is currently satisfying.

The cost? The biggest transfer of wealth from the have nots to the haves. The feudal system certainly seems to be making a come back.

Yep. There will be a global currency after this you watch. USA goes bust, the rest of the world goes broke, China has no where to dump its crap. They are going to say well the answer is we all have the same dollar. Then they just rinse and repeat till they own everything and everyone. Time to start a vegi patch.

Yeah either that, the amero, or a cashless system. We could still pull this out if the sheeple would wake the hell up. Not gonna happen though So we get a new currency and, in all likely hood, a police state to boot.
