Seven-Year-Old girl beaten unconcious by man trying to steal her bike!!!

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (Reuters) - A 7-year-old girl was beaten unconscious by a man with a lengthy criminal record who tried to steal her bicycle in broad daylight, the Anchorage Police Department said on Monday.

The girl, who was not named, was hospitalized in critical condition, said Marlene Lammers, a police spokeswoman said.

This is sick... obviously he has some issues to try and steal a little girls bike, let alone beating her unconcious!! Now she is in critical condition. Apparently he also got into an altercation with a 17 year old earlier in the day too! Also, he has a substantial criminal record but apparently didnt have any incidents with his neighbours for around 10 years, and then suddenly this.. my guess would be drugs, either he was hopped up and didnt understand what he was doing OR he owed money and was so desperate that he tried to steal her bike for cash? who knows... eitherway he deserves a lengthy jail sentence/rehab. Poor little girl....

What busines would he have with a little girls bike? i think he was just looking for trouble and saw an easy target.

That a 30+ year old mental midget assaults a child over a bicycle? I'm glad I wasn't around to witness the assault.

I mean its never good to steal or hurt anyone, but when he does it to a little girl, and not only steals but beats her unconcious.. GRRR! I hate to think of the psychological effect this will have on her.. trust issues with people, fear of violence, even riding a bike again!... etc etc etc. i hope he gets what he deserves!

Crimes like that should see the perp locked up in a secure hospital IMO-Beating a child unconscious shows some serious mental problems I think.

No conspiracy... unless he gets a slap on the wrist or something!! (which sadly, he probably will knowing how 'just' the justice system is, then again he does have a fairly lengthy record so who knows?) I've seen many stories in the 'Breaking alternative news' that aren't consipracy.... just wanted to pass it on....

Yes! that would be awesome if the community could do that! Agreed, hope for a speedy recovery and no psych after effects.

In a sane world, the story would read, "Insane man is beaten to death by mob that witnessed him assaulting a little girl for her bike."

The bad part is witnesses who stood by and did nothing.

That's the problem with this messed up justice system, you shouldn't have to go to jail for "fixing this guys problems" and he shouldn't be given even a breathing tube afterward that tax payers pay for.

Let me create the default conspiracy;

"This is government mind control in action!!!1!!1!! Obviously this guy is an MKULTRA vicitm, and something must have triggered him to go into action!!!".



On a serious note... I think you would have to be on drugs or incredibly mentally unstable and insane in order to beat up a little girl for a bike that is probably worth less than $100.

If I could decide the punishment for this guy, you all would probably think I was insane too.

In the interest of denying ignorance and just so this place doesnt look like a lynch mob ill take it upon myself to defend this guy and toss in some other possibilities.

Do we know the whole story, maybe the guy and the girl know each other? maybe she owes him money? maybe she was provoking him? How do we even know she didnt set all this up for the media attention which she will then use to promote her upcoming album??

My personal belief is the girl doesnt even exist, the guy punched an alien and this is the cover story the TPTB are using to try and divert an ingalatial incident......

BUT........... Ill admit there is the small possibility Im wrong and that the guy is just totally sick in the head and NEEDS to be locked away.

Yeah the little girl was his long time abusive pimp.
The poor guy beat her up and tried to make his play for freedom with her bike.
