my point was if they are alternative source of income werent needed hence if the cia was indeed anonymous wouldnt need to hack sony .

They have denied hacking Sony, but other attacks have been stupid nonetheless

People are starting to believe anything that is looked at as an opposition, this is a natural part of evolution in the "Divide and Conquer" philosophy in action.

Stalin spoke of controlling the opposition, and without critical thinking, people are allowing that to happen

I've been telling you guys this for far to long. Do you understand HOW EASY it would be for the CIA or some other agency to infiltrate and sabotage the organization? Do you know you can become an anonymous member? Want to know how? Just call yourself anonymous, and your anonymous (you'd also have to buy a Hawke mask...). So do you think the top intelligence agency would have any problem joining this anonymous hacker group? And wouldn't it be easy for them to spread rumors and propaganda to have the organization work in favor of the CIA without them even knowing the CIA is pulling the strings to begin with?

I just think there are a lot more legitimate problems in this world Anonymous should be addressing. For one, the corruption in our own country.. For God sakes, the greatest nation the world has ever seen is about to be destroyed BECAUSE of corruption and bad politics, and Anonymous wastes their time on Iran's suspected nuclear program?

Amazing seeing all of these members who claim they knew all along that something was wrong with anonymous... When as I remember it, an overwhelming majority of ATS members showed serious signs of cultist worship with anything related to anonymous... "they are our heroes" "I love anonymous" etc, and on and on... It was all rather sickening usually after two or three pages.

But its nice to know that you "know" now.

I can tell from reading these posts that none of you actually know what Anonymous is. Not only is it not a group, it can't be "controlled" by any one thing, including the CIA. However, I won't even bother you all with an explanation, as it appears you already have the answers, or at least you think you do.

I'll tell you what, conspiracy theories have turned some people into brainless drones who think anything and everything is CIA-funded and targeted directly at them. Remember when open mindedness was appreciated in this forum?

Anonymous is the CIA, or so it seems remember there are articles admitting that they are the Controlled Opposition just like the thread OP stated , tell me then why did Anonymous attack Fox News and not CNN and went far into Claiming america is the world richest country still in the world? are there brains stuck in the past or the sands of time?


America isnt longer the richest nation. people dont have jobs, or high tech computers for a living and yet somehow these hackers Anonymous are living well, and don even know the world is in a finical crisis?

Like I said, Anonymous isn't controlled by any one thing. Anonymous is NOT the CIA or the FBI or the Iluminati, nor is it a group of freedom fighters or hackers or even trolls. It's just a loose term that came about on Japanese image boards that became popular for porn and gore. Unless the CIA created 4chan, then no, I don't think Anonymous is controlled by the CIA.

And they've targeted Fox News because it is a biased news station with lulz-worthy figures such as Bill O Reilly and Glenn Beck, whereas CNN only has Anderson Cooper.

I guess that's possible, but it's very unlikely and many of you seem to treat it as a fact already because you have some preconceived notion about what "the man's" true goal is.
