Briefing at Pentagon About Using Mind Altering "Vaccine" in the Middle East

Ok so I found this today, being shared on another site, and just had to post it here. Apparently this shows a presentation that was given back in 2005 at the pentagon about a new "vaccine" that changes a "Fanatical" person into a "Normal" person.

Basically this guy is proposing spreading this virus thru all kinds of sicknesses including the Flu. This will change the way a person thinks, in hopes of getting people in the ME to "calm down"

They can do that to other nations such as North Korea, Russia, Venezuela, Zimbabwe and China.

They have drugs now that can make bad memories go away... So, relax, this too in time will all be forgotten.

Are you sure it isn't the other way around. People in this country appear to have something wrong with most of their brains. I don't care what happens you can't get these people out of their arm chairs no matter what happens.

At 2:31 in video you can hear one of the Pentagon officials say "Are you suggesting I carry around a CT scan with me when I am evaluating people to determine if I should put a bullet in their head?"

The same guy also asks if the virus can be dispersed using AEROSOLS!!!
