1. I feel sorry for anyone who cannot exercise their free will to FREE LOVE! Although he was cheating online, he did apologize with the crocodile tears falling into his throat.
2. The "new woman" may be one of many spooks to get guys like Weiners with wealth and power in trouble. So it's double standard here. We need to "see" the evidence as proof. Without it, it's her word against his.
3. I do not know about the Clinton machine. In a very old ATS thread, people seemed to have met their demise one way or another. Enough said.
4. Democrats with "bad behaviors" should resign right away just like the Republicans. He should resign when he admitted to his goof. God knows if he used his fun times on tax payers' money. If he and other politicians can LIE, shouldn't we be worried about how our country is run if they continue to cover up each others' big behinds?

It was painfully obvious right from the beginning that he was lying.

My question is this - he said last week that he had called in the FBI. If he's lied to Federal investigators, that would be a felony, and he should resign immediately or be recalled from office.

Congresspeople and Senators are increasingly becoming held less responsible for their actions. What about other idiots such as Larry Craig (who resigned and who then retracted his resignation), Eliott Spitzer (who resigned and got a plum job on CNN) and many others. There should be a walk of shame down the mall in Washington for all these politicians who get caught up in scandal and corruption.

They should be made to walk from the White House to the Washington Monument, with the National Mall lined with people throwing rotten fruit. There should be a Sherrif waiting at the Washington Monument with a black Government car waiting to take them to Reagan International Airport to ensure that they leave town, still covered in whatever fruit managed to hit them. Perhaps that would dissuade others, but I doubt it.

First of all, the expression is "I couldn't care less" and secondly you don't know if he did it on his own time and you don't know if he used official resources to do it. Finally, realize it or not, this type of thing speaks volumes about a person's character. Many of you said that this is about integrity and honesty but I see quite a different introspective set of rules so I actually have to ask. If I were posting things I made up about Anthony, would you guys call me out on it?
