Larry Flynt, liberal dirtbag, hypocrite.

The term "limousine liberal" comes to mind when I read about The View, Michael Moore, Larry Flint.

Larrys' latest rant against conservatives, and conservtive principles is about Sarah Palin.

Ooops, I mean Trig. Palins son who suffers from Down Syndrome.
In a recent interview he said this little gem. . .

“Sarah Palin is the dumbest thing,” Flynt told Johann Hari of London’s Independent newspaper. “She did a disservice to every woman in America. She knew from the first month of pregnancy that kid was going to be Down’s Syndrome. It’s brain dead. A virtual vegetable. She carries it to all these different political events against abortion, she did it just because she didn’t want to say she’d had an abortion. How long is it going to live? Another 12, 15 years? Doesn’t even know it’s in this world. So what kind of compassionate conservative is she? I don’t think anybody will want her near the White House.”

Now I am sure that many of my liberal friends would be equally disgusted with this gross human being. The point I'm tring to make though, is not to lump all liberals into his category of hate, but to isolate a gowing trend of hatred that is taking place in America.
Ironic, that the party that preachs tolerance and diversity is the same that embraces a man who abhors a woman and her child because she didn't get an abortion. Funny also, that this dirtbag is a lump of flesh in a wheelchair, abashing someone with disabilities.
If this is to continue, then who else is fair game? If thiis to continue, then fine. I just don't want to hear the whining and gnashing of teeth from those on the liberal/progressive side of the spectrum.

I think Sarah Palin was free to do what she wanted with her own body,
clearly she loves her son and I cannot bash her for that.
Personally I would not want to have a child with such a disability, however
if that every happens, god forbid that will then be in my court, my choice.
Flynt should mind his own business, he has prospered from a liberal take on
freedom, his dictate is very hypocritical indeed

Which? The Schiavo case? That whole thing sickened me. The timing of it was sickeningly close to the promotion of Obamacare. It was like some kind of psyop prepping the populace to accept govt intrusion into health management.

I partially agree with Larry. It is deplorable that Palin would use her son as a political tool, to both gain sympathy as well as to boost her stance on anti-abortion. THAT is disgusting to me. You have to understand, Flynt is not bashing Down's Syndrome or people with it, rather he's accusing Palin of using her son for ratings.

Larry's out of line in implying Palin should have gotten an abortion, since that is indeed something many frown upon. But I agree with him, in that I believe Palin is heartless scum who loves fame and fortune more than her own family.

I think Flint has already illustrated his IQ to be far lower than Trigs.

At the moment this is only coming from rightwing leaning websites, I'm looking further into this to confirm, but if this is true, this is just disgusting. Who the hell does he thing he is? "It"? Who the hell are you calling "it"?? Its a child for goodness sakes. What on earth would cause a person to say such things? Sarah Palin is a political opportunist just like most politicians in DC, she's full of it, but that comment was uncalled, whether it's Sarah Palin or not!

Larry Flint is sick individual for saying this, it has nothing to do with his ideology as far as I am concerned. If you want to make this about ideology, you're no better than him. I've seen conservative advocates say equally disgusting things, it's unacceptable, regardless of ideology.

This was a really dumb statement by Flynt.

First of all, having Down's Syndrome does not reduce a person's mental facilities as much as he is suggesting. A child with Down's Syndrome still has cognitive function and is not 'unaware' of his/her existence. They also do not have such short lifespans.

Secondly, the entire abortion argument comes down to choice. Sarah Palin chose to keep her child. That's the essence of liberalism right there.

I wonder what Flynt would have said if someone had suggested that his drug addicted, AIDS infected, beloved wife Althea should have been put down as a burden to society.

The man is a total hypocrite.

While I frown at people who take abortions for the sake of convenience, I agree with you, it comes down to choice. There are unfortunate situations that force woman make the choice of having an abortion or not, in many cases we are taking about unspeakable crimes. The government has no business over regulating a woman's body, thats that. Sarah Palin chose to keep her child despite his disabilities, this was well before the 2008 elections came about, that's one thing I can admire her and many other woman for. It's not an easy choice, and it's more so disgusting that Larry Flint attacked her over this. Yes she carries the kid around at campaigns? So? This guy is unbelievable.

Palin did not have her kid to convert it into political points Will, she has her beliefs, that is the point of being liberal,
you let people be what they are and believe what they will, in hope that they will afford you the same. I think there are plenty of other things to bust Palin on, this insinuation is disgusting, that lady loves her kids and they get to
