Hilary Clinton visits HAARP facility Exmouth Australia in Top Secret visit.

Iam not sure what to make of this, or even if I have posted it in the right thread. I have been living and working in Exmouth for the past 4 months. If anyone doesn't know, this is where Australia has the Harold E Holt Naval Communications Base. It is a joint US run facility. Speaking to a source of mine, who works for BOEING at the base he told me that she visited on a "Top Secret" mission early last month or late April 2011. He also told me that they were also to be building a new Solar Observatory just opposite the HAARP facility, to monitor "Space Junk".
We live approximately 1km from the HAARP facility. My source also told me there was an underground Transmittor at the centre of the base. My girlfriend last night was overlooking the beach in the carpark last night, the ignition was off, yet the car radio kept coming on with static in short bursts periodically. Can anyone shed light on why or how this could occur. Also today, outside the clouds have an aluminous glow to them, and are in the familiar frequency wave pattern. I run a cafe and leave all sorts of conspiracy magazines and printouts on the table so customers can read them. I have a HAARP burger on the menu, which is just a hamburger.

Yes it is a bit odd if her visit did happen.

Other than a meet and greet what would she actually achieve there that an underling could not?

Has there been any confirmation that it is a HAARP facility?

And why would Boeing be involved at a communications post?

Very interesting. I can't add much except that a very close friend of mine provides contract services to the defence department and I remember them telling me something a few weeks ago that could be related (can't remember exact date would have to ask them).

They had just come from Richmond Airbase and said that there was a lot of commotion going on and a lot of very stressed senior military personal running around checking that the base was in top order. Never one to mind her own business she asked what was happening and the only answer she got was that they may be getting a surprise visit from a senior government official. Could be related, could be nothing.

Boeing,(BAE Systems) are on most if not all Australian military bases.

That's what makes me question some things on this site, if it's so secret why do we know about it ?

Maybe because they announced it in the press release linked above.

The article above, said she was visiting Australia, it did not mention her coming to the base if you re check your facts.

In what way is Holt Station a HAARP facility? Is there an ionospheric heater there? Nope.

It's a VLF communications site. It has no resemblance or connection to HAARP. in appearance or function.
