Boots on the Ground: Sarkozy and Cameron Prepare to Land in Libya

www.globalresearch.ca

At the end of the G8 summit, the French President Nicolas Sarkozy announced that he would visit Benghazi with the British Prime Minister David Cameron, since "we think alike," essentially they agree that they "cannot negotiate with Gadhafi." President Barack Obama expressed the same thought: "We will not relent until the people of Libya are protected, and the shadow of tyranny is lifted." In other words, they are preparing to occupy Libya. Everything is ready, then, for a “humanitarian” landing.

What a bunch of Western country hypocrites. First they bomb Libya into a humanitarian crisis then they declare a humanitarian assistance, which really is an invasion. I'm assuming China and Russia must have known what they were doing when they voted to support the U.N.'s no fly zone over Libya. They must have wanted to show the U.N. for what it really is as an organization, which is a warmongering organization front for the west or they are idiots.

"We will not relent until the people of Libya are protected, and the shadow of tyranny is lifted."

What he really means is, "We will not stop the bombing until Ghaddafi steps down, we steal all your oil, destroy your infrastructure or the Fed stops printing money for us to build more bombs."

I will go with all the above, since we all know it will not end until that time.

God Bless America.

All it takes is for a ground launched TV guided missile to take out the terrorist sarkozy. A range of what 20-30 miles and Gadhaffi can have a spec ops forces their launch a missile. Problem solved, end of war. I am sure he has some sort of capability.

The problem is that most of his generals and officers have abandon ship.Any rag tag fighters left are about to be killed if they don't comply with the coming ceasefire.
Any spec-ops mission is just a fantasy.
Besides you just gave up operational details!

The biggest problem here is not whether to get Gadaffi to fire a missle or not. The problem here is that Gadaffi is part of this whole sorry mess. What do u think all those meetings he had with Sarkozy and Blair were for before the NATO Invasion?

They were preparations for the upcoming invasion. 'U start killing your people. That'll give us an excuse to invade your country and grab your Oil & Gas. Don't worry you'll be well paid!!'

Those NWO idiots just love their theatre wars. And love to commit genocide..........

This is disgusting. but another nail in the coffin for us normal folk, if we didn't stand up and be counted when we went into Iraq who had nothing to do with 9/11, well we certainly are not going to stand up against this war (because thats what it is people, it's not a joke it's just become a war) with Libya.

I can see Russia getting pissed off REAL bad over this. Why? Well if we said we weren't putting boots on the ground in Libya then low and behold we put boots on the ground whos going to trust ANY western country now???

Oh-my... you don't seriously believe this, do you? If you would slightly understand the narcissistic and megalomaniac character of Gadaffi, you would agree that the West has betrayed him. When he visited Italy, he was wearing a picture on his chest of the country's most renown rebel leader who fought the Italian colonial power. It is impossible that he's part of the plot. He wants to continue ruling his country and do whatever it takes to achieve that.

Besides, Gadaffi has plenty of money, he's nothing to gain; instead he has fallen victim to the West taking advantage of the window of opportunity brought by the revolutions in Egypt and Tunisia. While the US doesnt like that the Egypt puppet leader has fallen, they would not mind seeing Gadaffi and Assad disappear.

On Dutch news, they recently called the Syrian regime as 'perhaps the most brutal regime while the Royal House of Saud remains unnamed, but hey as long as there's been humans there has been hypocrisy, especially by those in control, don't fool yourself that China or any other country would be any less hypocrite.

Only thing missing from Blair, Obama and Gadaffi are the strings above their shoulders!
