sunspots numbers seems to be on the increase..

any news regarding some flare earth bound?

its interesting to see if a mega quake is due

were at the begining of solar cycle 24 which is a solar maximum. were just out of a solar minimum so things are expected to pick up, and reach its maximum around end of 2012/start of 2013.

if you look at the link i posted in my last post, there is 5 sun spots pointed at us and a 40% chance of a m-class flare in next 24hrs.
