This is priceless. The liberal acts like a cry baby and and walks off the stage just like
Joy Behar!
Watch for yourself. Listen to Bill Clinton behind the curtain. Medicare needs to be fixed.

Medicare is going broke. Demagoguing the issue gets us nowhere.

This is typical scare tactics by the left. They can’t argue any of their views, no substance and no proof of continued efficiency on any program that the government controls. Hence the reason we see so many attacks against the other side of the political aisle.

Might be the most insane commercial I have ever seen. Seems to me that a 12 and 13 year old put that commercial together. Do they not get it, any changes wouldn’t even affect that woman in the wheel chair. No one over the age of 55 will be affected. Destroying any credibility to that commercial. But again, scare tactics, no substance, have to attack other party, have to hide broken system they are running.

Sad sad sad

Nice post. More people need to see the levels the left will go to in order to hide behind their broken way of governing

This is so great. I love this post. It just shows what kind of babies they are. They have no arguement. They know it, and that is why you hardly see them show up to talk shows like this, because they usually end up being humiliated.

They interviewed Erica Payne from The Agenda Project.
She refused to say who her financial donors were.
It looks like they want to keep the status quo.

I havent watched the video yet, but just looking at the image on the video, I see a nerd, Barbie, and a Neanderthal with helmet hair from left to right.

I swear I am in an alternative universe sometimes. I cant WAIT to see which one is the liberal, which one is the Republican, and which one is the mindless eye candy.

Edit to add, what a surprise. The nerd on the LEFT with the BLUE tie is the liberal, and the neanderthal on the RIGHT with the RED tie, is the conservative.

Im glad Fox makes their propaganda easy to understand visually as well as verbally. You can figure out at a glance who is going to play what role on the script.

Of course they can't afford to pay for health care. All the money the to go to Defense budget and police state black boots like TSA. To pay for the spread of terrorism around the world through their CIA arm called the Al-Quada To continue to murderf people and topple governments for big oil. Everytime this group of Washington Groupies open their mouth I treat them like they treat the US citizens. Turn them off and pretend they don't exist.

any thoughts on the substance of the discussion and events, or just wanted to exercise some pc stereotyping and Fox-bashing?
all this criticism of the Ryan budget would be more convincing if the left were producing some viable alternative(s). meanwhile, President Obama's budget was rejected by the Senate 97-0. Ryan is producing real leadership. The President? not so much.

LOLZ!!!!

our stupid political system. I can't believe people can actually pay attention and not be disgusted with how petty the staged and predictable events are.

If one side says "Black", the other says "white" in a knee jerk compulsion. They argue over everything,e ven the obvious and common sense things. Contrary for the sake of contrary.

And 300 million mindless Americans follow along, lining up in their respective "sides", reenacting the same stupid freaking arguments all over the internet, as if saying anything will change the fact that mindless America, like their leaders, will be contrary for the sake of contrary.

Too bad the Rapture didn't happen. The stench of stupidity is making me sick.

I agree. How can you have "thoughtful and relevant" discussion when politics is all a big WWF match? You have your pretty ring girl, you have your blue corner and your red corner, and lots of meaningless posturing by politicians.

And people still pretend its all real and has meaning. It is thoughtful and relevant to point out from the very first frame of the video you are looking at propaganda.

And as for stormdancer,

I know you can be both beautiful and intelligent. But she was not chosen for her intelligence. She was chosen to be the pretty ring girl in the little partisan game being played out. The looks and clothing etc are no accident. Its part of the game.

Two Indiana University scholars report that the “emphasis on the sexual attractiveness of female news anchors distracts [male viewers] from memory formation for news content,” adding “men’s cognitive mechanisms favored visual over verbal processing.”

Read more: dailycaller.com...

Although this is being presented by some sources as breaking news in Jan 2011, I first saw this data years ago. Its not something recently discovered.

Actually you did what most liberals do, start attacking the person before any facts are presented, hell you started calling him names before you even started the video! OR if you have no arguement character assassination........

Too bad you didnt actually LISTEN to the video..........

But ask me if im surprised

I did listen to the video. And you have no idea if I am "liberal" or not. Im certainly no Obama fan, and liberals wont claim me, so......................think again.

I just dont fall for all the political posturing. At all. Its no different from the Democrats trying to distance themselves from the bailouts and the Republicans pushing it BEFORE the election, and as soon as Obama won, the Democrats pushed it, and the Republicans distanced themselves from not only it, but the policies that helped lead to the whole need for a bailout in the first place. (Which Clinton also played a large part in)

I just dont get what you guys get out of foaming at the mouth about "liberals" and "conservatives" when it is so clearly the truth that no matter who you get in office, the same agenda is going through, period. Its a corporate agenda, and who you elect only determines how you will be lied to, and what team postures for what.

Its all crap. A game. A lie, and honestly, you can call me anything you want because my opinion of the intelligence of ANYONE playing partisan politics at this point is not even printable on ATS.

It is like trying to explain trig to a 1st grader....

...did you not pay attention? Liberal. Conservative. What is the difference? 10 years from now the "liberals" will propose a program that you want to see now, but when they present it you will take up arms and throw a fit. That is what our politics is: a BS game of phoney outrage.

GOP and DNC...both a label for the same thing: madness.

so your polticians are purposing to cut/replace Medicare in order to "balance the budget", which to my understanding provides healthcare to the elderly. Heres a better idea, stop spending billions on war(or defence) and stop providing tax breaks to the rich, that should solve all your spending problems.

How would you react when you, being invited as an expert on a subject, are shouted down, interrupted and called names by a commentator?

I don't want you to answer in the context of the video above, I want you to answer as a person.

The radio host (red tie) was attempting to frame the argument as such: Democrats aren't willing to fix the problem but will make everyone afraid if you do try to fix it.

The policy expert (blue tie) tried to rebut: Democrats realize there's a problem but don't think the Ryan plan is the solution.

As you can see by the OP and some of the comments in this thread, the conservative viewpoint won out by framing the argument in their favor. They blocked out any possible reasonable answer, it was successful and you all bought into it. Happy now?

Are you that ignorant? lol Typical mindless following of your party. First off, you never walk off while on the air. No matter if you’re in the right or wrong. It gives the mentality that since I can’t have my way, I’m going to take my ball home and quit. Second, Ryan’s plan is not the first attempted solution; democrats will shoot down any plan that republicans attempt because they do not want the republicans to be the ones to save health care. This is all politics; it’s about what is better for the party(democrats) than what is better for the country. If you don’t realize that get out of here with your insane comments. This is something both parties are guilty of but currently the democrats are doing everything in their power to keep republicans from saving their broken system and from the american people finding how broken this system of governing really is.

Are we watching the same video? How long did the radio host have to speak uninterrupted? How long did the Clinton advisor have to speak uninterrupted?

The radio host spoke first, thereby allowing him to frame the argument. The advisor then had to rebut or rebuke the argument in the fashion that was laid out by the radio host, except he was interrupted almost immediately!

What that video shows is not politics. It's television, it's 'infotainment'. There was no discussion, there was no debate because only one person was allowed to voice their opinion. It was not 'fair and balanced'.

The Clinton advisor realized this and left, why bother even showing up? To use some silly analogy how's this: We agree to a tennis match, I take your racket first and start hitting tennis balls towards you. How long will you stand there and let me do this?
