Sister Machine Gun, KMFDM, Gravity Kills, 29 Died, Project Pitchfork, Rammstien ... and my favorite although not really considered Industrial... but VNV Nation.

I am not the biggest fan of industrial, but industrial folk-singer Tom Waits is one of the greatest songwriters in American history. To wit:

Steve Albini always had an industrial-ish guitar sound. Big Black could be considered punk industrial, but Shellac is just plain BADA**

Industrial music and or bands is definitely not Tom Waits... this is the type of "industrial" the OP was referring too.
