Is NWO using HAARP tornadoes, floods, quakes to attak us now, and red/blue list for Triage?

Is NWO using HAARP, particularly around New Madrid, the Midwest and Southern US, as a weapon of mass destruction against us in an act of war? I've heard that the NWO intent is to kill people and all food sources, (birds, fish,crops animals) used to feed us and the world in an effort to reduce the world population to 5% of what it is now.(a manageable number to control). Maybe the Big Quake in New Madrid and Eruptions at Yellowstone and Long Valley will be next for population reduction. Every time I hear about another tragedy, I picture the HAARP and NWO guys "High Five- ing each other at their accomplishments)

I also have read about the RED/Blue list for color coding all Americans just like the T4 program used in Germany in 1939. If you don't know what it is, you might want to read about it. I've heard that some hospitals including VA and mental health facilities are using the T4 program to terminate patients now and have since 2008 under Daschle/Obama Care and bogus cause of death letters sent to family members like T4.

Anyway, I started to wonder if the list would also be used during triage of victims from the disasters caused by HAARP to determine who would get help (and to what extent) and who they would let die. The colors on the list are basically the same colors used by medical professionals to triage patients in disasters. Most people have heard that if you are red or blue you will be terminated, but why? In my observations RED is 100% disabled or on assistance, unable to work(T4), Blue is patriots who are mostly ex-military who took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the US against all enemies foreign and domestic. My guess is that NWO would be considered an enemy of the Constitution, and therefore anyone who took that oath would be considered an enemy of NWO and in need of termination. _javascript:icon('') Black is to the morgue, and Yellow, Green are allowed to live.

Is it possible that this is why people are not being allowed into the morgues in Joplin, Mo? Could there be people from the RED/Blue list who are being held until they die who were alive at the time they were brought in? It only takes 3 days to die without water. It's odd that loved ones are not being allowed into the morgues to identify loved ones for two weeks, and the idea of DNA matching everyone who dies from these events seems unrealistic to me.
A few years ago I would consider this ridiculous to think that living people would be taken to a morgue to die, but today I wonder... Your Thoughts??

You do realize that all of these things occurred long before us humans came about, right? If not, well, they did. And they'll happen when we're gone too believe it or not. This also means they'll occur when, and get this, we are here also.

It has nothing to do with HAARP. People need to stop blaming it for every event which unfortunately occurs. Reason being: Bad weather and seismic activity happens. Sorry to be the one to tell you this, but it's true.

Well, sort of. HAARP signatures from what I have read influence the weather patterns in a specific area. Dutchsinse has much information on HAARP. With the flooding created by storms in the Midwest, flood gates have had to be opened flooding farm land to save cities along the Mississippi River. Crops are being destroyed by flooding and freezing temps in other areas too. The Chem Trails kill off the birds, fish and animals as a food supply. This whole thing is multi-faceted. I am looking for answers, but the more I read, the more questions I have.

I dont believe haarp is being used to manipulate the weather, so I really cant offer conversation on that.. however:

Im an RN and am a first responder volunteer with our local svcs in the Midwest. We have contact and briefings with FEMA reps and regional reps. I swear to you.. these things have NEVER been mentioned.. EVER. Ive worked in healthcare since the late 80's and it has NEVER been mentioned. Our SOP is the same as it has always been even in ER... regular and routine triage. Where you are getting your color coding on lists is with a method of triage that is used.. and I see it elsewhere being touted as proof of these red and blue lists. That is FALSE.
color code triage is used in SOME mass casualty triage:

Red tags(immediate) are used to label those who cannot survive without immediate treatment but who have a chance of survival.

Yellow tags(observation) for those who require observation (and possible later re-triage). Their condition is stable for the moment and, they are not in immediate danger of death. These victims will still need hospital care and would be treated immediately under normal circumstances.

Green tags (wait) are reserved for the "walking wounded" who will need medical care at some point, after more critical injuries have been treated.

White tags(dismiss) are given to those with minor injuries for whom a doctor's care is not required.

Black tags(expectant) are used for the deceased and for those whose injuries are so extensive that they will not be able to survive given the care that is available.

NO ONE just takes a live person to a morgue.. thats ridiculous. Your first responders are your neighbors and your fellow parents and folks you see at the grocery store. If they are beyond hope they are not helped along or tossed in a heap. Most of your disaster triage is done in field and not in a facility.. you move along to those who you CAN help.. which makes sense. If Im in a scenario of a disaster and lets say a collapsed building.... and I see a person severed in half, but still barely alive.. versus a person who is injured badly but has a chance.. guess who Im going to first? No red and blue or any other list needed. Im sure as hell not digging in your pockets to get some ID and look for a ridiculous code some here have claimed exists on your ID and passport. Most times FEMA isnt even on site or involved initially to hand out any sort of tags or mythical lists. There is a protocol that FEMA must follow before it can even become involved. FEMA isnt on stand by and they dont rush to every disaster... thats movie BS. Next time you go to a local grocery store or a PTA meeting, look around.. youre sure to see a few who will respond first.

The thing is that not everyone is walking around with colored tags waiting for a disaster and usually local does the initial triage and if the gov gets involved.. and FEMA gets involved.. you MAY use these. It is not a SOP for every response. Here we use START : standard triage and rapid treatment. There are 4 categories.. deceased, major injury that they could live through with rapid transport/high level treatment, injured that transport can be reasonably delayed and does not risk life, and minor injuries. No color tags involved and we are in the New Madrid disaster projection zone. Visit the Joplin thread and speak to the first responders there.. ask if they use color tags, lists, and if FEMA is even there.

So I mean, believe what you want or how you want to fit it into a larger conspiracy, but those are the facts.

Actually, you can do alot with directed frequencies. And I believe the drug you're referring to is known as hemp oil.

But I do not believe they are hiding live bodies in the morgues.

Is HAARP being used to manipulate this bad weather? I don't know. But if fixing the economy was a national security issue, could they use it, would they use it to get the economy going again. To increase construction and increase consumer sales? Don't know. Can the government use things on their own citizens?

i don't know why everyone keeps saying chemtrails are poisoning the air??? don't get me wrong...i believe in them...wholeheartedly. not a debunker by any means. but why would they poison the air they breath? that makes no sense. i think there are 2 possible reasons for chemtrails though. i think it could be that it's a blanket...kinda. they don't want us to see something going on in the sky. or, it's weird chemicals and what not that are activated by HAARP to cause weather. kinda like fertilizer for a HAARP storm.
