I find this bizarre as the region is often completely snow covered. Also, how can it be a military listening post when it is so inaccessible. What is this orb then? Thanks for looking.

Checked it out. I don't think that is a craft of any sort. Just looks like a small mountain. That weird orange spot is kinda odd though. Also move up to Lac Marville and it appears blured out in green.
