That is a strawman.

The government must respect the individuals Constitutional rights, this case being the 4th Amendment.

There would not be any attacks if the people at the airport did their job. Scan them all, seach, search, search. If the terrorists call it groping, so be it. At least they will get caught. Don't stop there either. Search the homes also. Police need no probable cause, just search and get rid of the vermon.

You will do one of several things.
1. Surrender your rights and your childrens rights, which I would not surrender someone else's rights ever.
2. private charter air.
3. drive.
I know what I'd choose, even if I did fly.

Screening system developed by ICTS International should have flagged Nigerian passenger as security threat.

The Israeli firm ICTS International (not to be confused with ICTS Europe, which is a different company), and two of its subsidiaries are at the crux of an international investigation in recent days, as experts try to pinpoint the reasons for the security failure that enabled Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab to board Northwest flight 253 and attempt to set alight explosives hidden in his underwear.

so why search Texas babies while the real cuplprits are getting put on the planes by Israelis
why not put the no fly zone where it belongs

correction sir

there would be no terrorists
if TPTB didn't create them
to begin with.

I will NOT succumb to tyrannical oppression
by the elites.

They created the problem just so
they could offer the solution.

WRONG, when you purchase a ticket for the plane ride, YOU have all the Jurisdiction in the world and the airlines is limited. YOU are PAYING for the opportunity and NOT the privilege of travel, no different than a taxi cab. The airline, if they want to stay in business would do well to understand transactions, you buy a pass and that pass LIMITS the ability of the airline to illegally search and sieze personal property. Common Law and NOT commercial law, you are not a corporate entity therefore no corporate contract exists and the airline has NO RIGHT unless we agree. NO CONSENT.

As you stated "YOU are PAYING for the opportunity"
This is not a right.
A taxi driver could require the same if they wanted to, and you would also there have the opportunity to tell them to take a flying frak.
The point is, it happens and nobody has sued yet, have you asked why?

On Drudge tonight. The Texas Senate Failed to pass the resolution.

The Feds win.

STORY:

May 25, 2011, 03:16 PM
Boisterous protest over airport-groping bill

A boisterous group of protesters angry over the Texas Senate’s failure to vote on the airport groping bill tried to enter the public gallery this afternoon and were blocked by state troopers. Shouting “treason” and “cowards” and carrying signs and placards, the group of perhaps as many as 100 people entered the State Capitol shortly after 3 p.m. and first went to the House chamber.

Good try Texas...
Texas is not land lock't
so they can fly by sea to othere countrys.
and any one who needs to get to other parts
of Not united states of america
can get on a bus cross the boarder and get on a plaine out side Texas.
but I bet they would lock the boarder down to.

But it is nice to see people are waking up.

according to the patriot radio
there are 26 states proposing similar legislation

A few other states are pending legislation that will start to limit how much TSA can humiliate, ogle, squeeze, etc us. Of course, the feds will come back saying federal law trumps state law. So we’re most likely going to be felt up for the next few years by the unemployable-elsewhere TSA goons until we can get some new blood in Washington. But at least it’s a start. Go Texas, go to hell TSA!

(which this shows his true colors) the civil war was over it was about slavery and the south lost....

Are we all not strawmen in our legal names?
I believe we are as a pre req to be in society and have all of our shinies.
The Gumment must respect our rights true, but we must respect others rights as well.
Your rights end where mine begin.
If you cannot respect the airlines rights, you are not obliged to use their services.
Do any of you see this?
Imagine I wanna shoot my rifle on my front porch, the bullet travels off my property and goes into a house killing someone.
I have broken no real law intentionally, but I have been negligent.
This is a case of my rights intruding on anothers rights.
A bit extreme but a comparison.

heh.

I emailed a bunch of media types today.

This is my email, followed by the reply, my reply, his, etc.

Me:

--Federal government threatens to economically harm Texas by creating a no fly zone over Texas if HB 1937 is passed. HB 1937 passed the house Unanimously, and was set to go before the Senate for a vote. It has been recalled because 12 Senators decided to change their minds and not back the bill.

Basically the Federal government is committing economic terrorism on a state, and is a borderline act of war on a state.

www.lonestarreport.org...

Why are none of your news reports covering this? --

Him:

--Because Texas cannot change Federal Laws related to aviation for planes that cross state lines.--

Me:

--Invasive pat Downs are not federal law, and even if it was,a law can't nullify a constitutional right (4th amendment).--

Him:

--That all sounds so nice, but the reality is the FAA is a federal agency that sets the rules for the airports.

And please note, the cry babies who are complaining about the TSA are getting on my nerves.

Do we want security or NOT? --

Me:

--The reality is that all government laws must be in accordance with the Constitution.

How does TSA compliment the 4th Amendment?

As for security:

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety. - Benjamin Franklin.

P.S. So people who complain about the Constitution not being followed get on your nerves? --

And now he is ranting on air about it.

That is why we failed.

Idiots like him.
