Even though I am not an American, I find myself getting more and more appalled by the behaviour of the US president, Mr Barack Obama. Even when he was voted into office I thought it to be a great landmark for the US and maybe even for the world. But the last few days I have found myself feeling physically sick by his behaviour in front of the people of the world. It seems as though since the SUPPOSED death of Bin Laden by the US forces, he has taken on some kind of rock star status, this I feel to be most embarrassing, even more so if I was an American citizen.

When he stood up on the podium in Ireland yesterday, looked around and said, "Hi, my name's Barack Obama," I just couldn't believe what I was seeing. The next thing we know, women will start throwing their panties on stage, which will get up Tom Jones' nose straight away. It just seems that since the SUPPOSED killing of OBL, he is king of the world. Something is just not right somewhere in amongst all of this. Surely the people who tell him what to say and do for publicity can't think this is all normal, surely, can they?

And the most ridiculous thing I saw today while reading The Epoch Times, here in Sydney, was the headline, 'Obama's Re-election Campaign Gets Cheeky,' and after reading the write up, it certainly does get cheeky. Due to the election in 2012 he has now issued coffee mugs with a picture of himself with the logo, 'Made in USA.' The other mug he has issued is one with a photo of his birth certificate upon it.

Surely this is going too far. Oh, by the way, if you wanna buy yourself either one of these mugs, you can get one from www.barackobama.com.................................Whatever!!

Below is a link to the actual website where these items can be bought, even though they are calling it a donation.

I am off to be sick again now...................

I heard part of his speech in Ireland..
He sounded like one of them TV preachers, all fire and brimstone..

I found it appalling for a President speaking in a foreign country..
He's definitely on the campaign trail, not a normal foreign trip..

BTW, I wonder where them mugs are made..

Sickly isn't it? The mugs I presume are made in China, they have to make at least a $14.50 profit from a $15 mug...

cheers

The folks being elected to POTUS lately just seem to get more like charicatures of those old cartoons I used to watch on TV in the 1950's.

No thanks, I would rather spend my money on putting it towards a candidate that isn't a puppet or a muslim

If the mug itself were made here you'd think they find that worth mentioning.

A few months back ABC did a "made in America" report that looked for products made here.

They visited gift shops of DC attractions such as the Smithsonian and found nothing was made in the USA. In response the directors and some political nobody's vowed to stock at least some items made here.

If they followed through I don't know.

So where's the mug made?

Anyway, this another way for him to get donations for his campaign. I mean, he has to get his name out there being an unknown, right?

I don't see any harm in those mugs.

In politics, there's nothing wrong with injecting a bit of humour at the expense of your critics. Of course, they are designed to wind-up a few of the ''birthers'', and will probably succeed in doing so, but they are hardly offensive of insulting.

Im gonna buy a case of them and re-sell them at a tea party rally, 50 bucks you can smash Obama on the ground. Bet i can turn a tidy profit with these things.

(Obama toilet paper rolls)

Now THAT I would buy!!! Even if it DID help fund his campaign to wipe my bottom on his face just once... I'd even save it for the explosive diarrhea!

Maybe he's saying you're a "mug" if you believe that BC is real.

As one of the most powerful men in the entire world I would be very surprised if he didn't have some sort of 'rockstar' status.
