The 51 year old janitor put up quite a fight; it took eight police men to subdue him. It is not clear exactly how many children have been wounded because some are still undergoing surgery.

A janitor wielding a kitchen knife on Wednesday stabbed 15 children and at least two teachers at a kindergarten in the Chinese capital, killing one child and leaving others blood-soaked from their wounds.

The incident was "the worst attack on children in the capital in decades," CCTV said.

There have been previous attacks on Chinese kindergarten students; as late as 2002. However, that one did not include fatalities. The motives for the attack are not yet known.

Its beyond me

Its also a Very foolish move to say China dosnt have very good human rights
