Harold Camping proved one thing right....

Even though Harold Camping is a false prophet, he still proved one thing in the Bible as being 100% accurate.

Mat. 24:11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

Most of us knew that he was a fake, but if someone ever doubted... look at this verse

The Bible said in Mat.24:36

"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

He should go out in public and apologize to all for thinking he knows what only The Father knows. He should repent publicly and ask for forgiveness.

Wonder if he would have the guts to do that…

No one should ever follow him again… period. Those who did follow him, you obviously didn’t read the above scriptures…

No one is eligible for the Rapture.

Even if it were real, no one would be wafted away.

Um... That's "proved", not "proofed"

That proves nothing but the fact people will believe ANYTHING some nut job says.

You can take any statement out there and make it fit to something in society.

Of course there are false prophets or liars in modern terms as I call it. That is nothing new and it isn't a prediction, it's fact people lie and deceive.

If not even the Son knows about that day or hour, how could He (the Son) have answered any of the disciples questions regarding that day or hour? I mean, he knows nothing of it. Nothing at all. It's right there in black and white.

Come on, do you REALLY think he actually believes a word the bible says? Its nothing more than a way for him to make a living. I think you'll find a lot of religious leaders are the same.

Agreed, but i think it's safe to say that he'll be hiding in shame for a good amount of time. Theres really no need to mention his name anymore, his days of being a prophet are over. no one's going to believe the boy who cried wolf, though i always wonder.. if something were to happen in future events he would have the last laugh.

If you buy into organized religion, and you hold everything of/about God to be literal truth, then you need to recognize that there's a big difference between a "Modern Christian" and a "Christian", which is why no one qualifies for the big beam up.
