This CD cover was made before 9-11!!!

This was made and released before 9-11! I didnt know where to post this, but i thought it would be of some interest to some.




i havent heard the music. Maybe someone who has can shed light on what the lyrics are about... see if they mention any 9-11 predictions, that would be cool, but i doubt it.

Pretty wierd. Its not the first though. I saw another pre-9/11 album cover with a picture of a plane flying into the WTC. Another odd coincidence or do the musicians know something wo do not?

Hah, wow, those two must feel like idiots right now..that would suck to be them...

I'd have to see a hard copy of this cover to even believe its true. It looks really fake, but then again, most "Party Music" is totally worthless and "fake"!

Very interesting. I guess these guys got the idea from the previous attempts to somehow destruct the twin towers in the past, before 9/11.

Also, it may be possible that the people who own the record labels somehow hear through the grapevine about any type of major event before it happens, since these Millionaires roll in the same cirlces.

this is the only party music cd cover i could find where did you find that pic again?

I saw it on the news soon after 911.
At the same time that they were talking about putting movies on hold because they involved terrorism or materials that would have seemed sensitive following the attacks.

I found it on a forum, talking about peoples favoruite covers. Im willing to bet that they re-issued the album after 9-11 with the picture that foxtrot just posted.

There was a similar incident months before 9/11 in the Netherlands, when a calendar that was circulated in the Muslim schools featured a picture of a burning plane falling inti the harbor with a background of the NYC skyline, with the twin towers right behind the plane. This picture was for the month of September.

It wouldnt surprise me, though I havent seen this CD cover before.

Primal Scream had a song called 'Bomb The Pentagon' that was due out just after 9/11, they had to change it on their record companies orders.

No, like I said: It wouldn't be funny at all. But the point is that I'd be able to get the message out there, and it would be basically using that to circumvent how the U.S. government and the media is using this even to their benefit. And I'm just surprised that there aren't more articles in the media already--you know, from local newspapers like The Stranger, or the Bay Guardian, or anything like that, talking about what a load of bull# they're putting through to us on the media about this.

Warner shut down the cover right away, meaning that just showing the imagery is disrespectful. When we know that Warner probably, the first day, bought the movie rights to the whole ordeal, that's going to be okay. It's okay that they've got Levi's commercials in between the scenes of people jumping 80 stories to their deaths. That's okay. But when somebody might have a political view on the whole context of what's going on in the world, it's not okay....

What's about to happen in the next few months is that there are going to be hundreds upon hundreds of people dying all over the world, with the perceived thumbs up from masses of people in the United States.


I guess while I do share some of the views that you're conveying here--a number of things are horrifying with the United States government and its involvements in the rest of the world--I would not be able to get behind the resistance that you are articulating through that album cover. The part I have trouble with is that you seem to be justifying your use of this image while, at the same time, you're condemning the media for it. Does the media's manipulation of the image make yours any less bad?

It doesn't make it less bad, it's me getting in there to say, this is what's going on with that. Now if they're telling lies, somebody has to counter it.... The U.S. government and the media are using these events to forward political agendas. And it's very obvious. It's not even something that takes a lot of research. It's very obvious.

You guys remember the Lone Gunmen Episode "Pilot", aired 6 months before 9/11 that featured the CIA conspiring to crash an airliner into the WTC by remote control, the plane filled with passengers?

The hacker of the Lone Gunmen was able to override the remote control and the pilot was just barely able to evade the collision.

A calendar which was printed in Egypt and for the month of September shows a crashing passenger plane with Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty as a backdrop -- and which was printed in May, a full three months before the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on America -- has caused an uproar in the Dutch town of Almere, Netherlands, the newspaper De Telegraaf reported yesterday.

Princeton University had their study running prior to 9/11/01. "Eggs" (sensors) had been placed around the globe in an attempt to study human consciousness.

Strange, I have an uncle living in Almere. I used to be in Almere every week in 2001 (I've lived there with my relatives untill early 2001) and I never heard of such a calendar...

This doesn't seem so ominous to me. After all the WTC was bombed back in 1993. Doesn't take much imagination afterwards to consider them prime bombing targets.

Apparently, despite some fairly credible intel, the government didn't have enough imagination to conisder the Twin Towers prime bombing targets. Oh well, that's a rant for another time and place.
