Where is the other thread? Is it not in the 9/11 forums?

Anyway if this goes through then it'll be pretty telling, considering that many lawsuits against the federal government over 9/11 (Sibel Edmonds', William Rodriguez, etc.) have been thrown out of court for various reasons. In Edmonds' case, which she is still pursuing anyway last I heard, it was actually thrown out of court by John Ashcroft himself citing a "states secrets privilege," where apparently the nature of the case would jeopardize "national security" or some bull.

So like I said... if this goes through... it's obviously not reaching to the same depths as Edmonds' case is.
