I think the initial thinking was that there was a pattern forming but I believe it only looks that way because those who report these quakes tend to position them in a certain way, when there are so many....

It does look like 'something' is on the move under there and to be fair Italy is not a million miles away from Turkey, geologically speaking....

You are right to highlight the sheer numbers though ..
