Most Wanted Games

The holiday season is coming and you know what that means, big name games coming out. Post your top 5 most wanted games. Released-Unreleased, any system.

1. Everquest II- The MMO to end all other MMO's
2. Rome: Total War- You HAVE to see this game in action
3. Half-Life 2- Nuff said
4. Rise of Nations+Thrones and Patriots- Waiting for Gold Pack
5. The Next Zelda- It will have realistic graphics!

If you have the History Channel, watch Decisive Battles, it's a new show that uses Rome: Total War's engine to recreate ancient battles. Must see to believe that any game could have 10,000+ fully 3D and individual units fighting in real time!


2 more games I must add: S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Ground Control 2. While the latter isn't a revolutionary game, it is fun to play and the MP is awesome.

I dont know a lot about Stalker but the main idea seems cool. Chernoblye (sp?) has blown up again. You are some kind of merc sent in to recover arftifacts. The coolest thing is that the game world is persistent, you can buy weapons and buy addons (scope, silencer, etc) which adds some customizing. The coolests thing is that there are other Stalkers like you.. "stalking" around and if you waste a lot of time they just might complete objectives before you do. Oops guess I did know a lot about this game

Ok alot of great games are coming out, now and hopefully in the future. I'm trying to get a new computer so I can run half of them.

1.Half Life 2- Need I explain?
2.Baldur's Gate 3- One of the best RPG series ever made.
3. KOTOR 1 and 2- I never played either of them but its a Star Wars RPG, whats not to like?
4.Doom 3- I never played any Doom game before but this looks so great.
5. Starcraft 2- Its not in production yet, but I pray that Blizzard makes it instead of a new Warcraft or Diablo.
6. Starcraft Ghost- A new SC game, whats not to like?
7. The Sims 2

Thats it...im not to up on the Game department.

Mine are all Playstation 2 games, although a lot of them will be on the PC, and other consoles too:

I would love to get Doom 3 and Half-Life 2 on the PC too, depends whether I get around to building my new super dooper computer As I suppose this is what I will need to make the most of those games.

Silent Hill 4 is the only one I can think of, but I really don't keep up on future releases. What they really need is some new decent RPGs for PS2.

You and I have a lot of the same tastes, Ocelot. We'll have to look eachother up once WoW does come out.

BG3 will probably never see the light of day, unfortunately. As one of the Devout, I can say with fair certainty if it does it'll end up like Contract JACK. *sigh* Anyways, it wouldn't have continued the Bhaalspawn storyline.

I'm waiting on Dawn of War (the beta was amazing), a new NOLF game, Rome: Total war and VTM: Bloodlines.

How you people could forget Bloodlines, I'll never know.

PS: Half life and Doom were always known for their engines, not so much their games. Hence, they weren't listed. HL2 looks....grey. Very, very grey.
