its outrageous that they don't have an unlimited data package...
they used to...
and their competitors offer an unlimited data package...
I worked for AT&T
I was the responsible for setting up T1 and T3 broadband internet to corporations...
I had some high profile customers...
I spoke directly to several CEO's...
For my services AT&T charged the client 5000 dollars...
(I got paid 10 bucks a hour... to do a job that elsewhere requires a college degree to do... and other places pay 25 bucks a hour...)
not to mentioned the other 25,000 dollars it cost to actually get things set up on site...
AT&T's internet was so horrible, that half the time it was down at my office...
Our phones there was VOIP... they required the internet...
I felt like laughing when i was helping someone set up their AT&T internet from a cell phone...
because the the internet at my office wasnt working... meaning my office phone was out...
AT&T is a joke
Heck the programs i had to use, hadn't been updated in 10 years...
AT&T issued software... that was meant to assist clients in getting their service...
and their software was so slow... you could type a word... and it would sometimes be 20 minutes before it appeared on screen...
and... nope not a computer problem... it was fast... but the software sucked...
sorry had to vent
