do most irregular lodges have unspoken ties to regular ones? I find it interesting that your lodge includes rosicrucian teachings, Scottish rite and the blue lodge in one place, I dont understand why main stream masonry has to seperate them

I am not sure in all jurisdictions but in mine the Grand Master for next year will make an overture to the clandestine lodges to join our jurisdiction if the adhere to our landmarks and charges, take a one-day class to participate in our degrees and recognize our Grand Lodge as the governing body for the state.

Hmm wow... I am not sure how I feel about this. How do you feel about this happening AM? What does the majority of (real) masons in our state feel about it?

If they adhere to all those requirements then they would technically be joining our Grand Lodge. I would have no issue with it and I think it would be a good thing.

Most "regular" Lodges have no communication whatsoever with "irregular" Lodges, however some "regular" Masons do have unspoken ties with "irregular" Masons, usually through other non Masonic bodies that require Masonic membership to join.
