Fourth Amendment Busting Sneak and Peek Warrants On the Rise

www.infowars.com

An Albuquerque television news report aired earlier this week reveals a steep increase by the federal government in the use of unconstitutional sneak and peek search warrants.

“The warrants have always been around, but their use has spiked since the War on Terror and revamped Patriot Act was signed in 2005,” reports KOAT. “The number of delayed-notice search warrants spiked nationally from nearly 700 in fiscal year 2007 to approaching close to 2,000 in 2009.

According to KOAT, a majority of the search warrants were not related to terrorism cases.

Could this be anymore obvious of the ongoing infringing practices, and ongoing molestation of our rights? I'm sure there will be those who just dont " get it", and for the sake of the argument suggest that these actions are in the name of " National Security".

The very thought of illegal searches and seizures, which is 100% Unconstitutional, is mind boggling, and yet we the people appear to powerless to stop it~

Another?
I just closed the last one, but c'mon man.
Infowars is not a News Site.
There are actually legit links in the Infowars article. Give it a little effort.
At least pretend like you actually care.

You do realize that infowars is not a discussion board right? You do understand that the authors of most articles from infowars are freelance writers correct? Or is that to much for your little brain to comprehend?

You obviously didn't even read the article. There aren't any cross references on this particular article. Nice try though troll.

Of course I didn't read, nor did I claim to have read it. It is not a legit news site.

Call me a troll if you want. I don't care. I ignored the first one, but after opening up 2 consecutive threads, and seeing both stated to visit the 'News Link' for more information, but neither had a News Link, I chose to say something before you posted 10 more.

obviously reading comprehension isn't your strongest suit. Had you read the article, which you openly admitted you hadn't, you would have seen this link in the original post:

www.koat.com...

So with that, do you have the ability to conjure up something constructive to add, or are you going to go on with your trolling efforts?

As a matter of fact, I do.
If it is actually so obvious to you, then answer this-
Who is the one having difficulties with their reading comprehension?

Up above you, it states this-

I don't see how infowars falls under Cross-Posting at all. If you ask me I would trust this site over and ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox news anyday.

The whole premise behind this thread is appalling and the federal government is tearing apart their limits and all under the our noses. They use the veil of terrorism and safety to accomplish this and are brainwashing the soon to be national killing squads (police) into thinking they have a right to treat us like this.

They know exactly what they are doing and eventually it will boil over and it will be a war and that's the plan.

I read of this yesterday, and went to bed disgusted with both my country and its sheeple. Wtf do we do? This is like 4 states in 3 weeks that have taken a huge steaming dump on the 4th amendment, while most of the people plead the 5th. If this isn't a call to ralley in the streets crying "dealbreaker!", then I'm affraid that nothing will suffice. I suggest everybody go out, buy some KY and mail it to your representatives with a note that says "common courtesy". They've made a list, checked it twice, they don't care who's naughty or nice, martial law is coming to town.
