How To Contact Extraterrestrials ?

I looked to the sky and thought, that was all.. They have showed themselves to me that way

I've read "Listening to Extraterrestrials" and I think Lissette Larkins is a fraud. She has a line in her book that says something like 'this is such a crazy topic, I don't even know if a publisher will publish this book'. Mind you, she's saying this TO THE ALIEN. Utterly ridiculous...and apparently the aliens know about publishing companies, TV shows and sex jokes. A complete fraud. Somebody please tell me you read this crap.

It's now 5 years after you asked the question and I'm sure many have since had contact experiences. Mine began 3 years ago, and yes, meditation was used to initiate the first major experience. I've also read Lisette's books and a few others on this topic.

For the meditation, a friend introduced me to an 18-minute meditation to INVITE contact. A day or two afterward I used it, I awoke at 4am from the sound of a ship descending outside my window. When I turned to look, 3 beings walked in and stood across the room from me. Telepathy was used, but was not the only form of communication. After this 'meet and greet', they walked out and I never saw them again.

It's important to note that I was awake during this encounter and the meditation was used only as a way of 'reaching out' to someone interested in meeting me. During this exchange, the one I believe to be the Father actually approached me to shake hands and yes, I felt his hand in mine. All of this was while living in a downtown high-rise condo, so needing to be out in the country doesn't seem to be necessary.

After this initial contact, I had many since and include seeing ships materialized. Some appear upon request, even now.

It's my understanding that when you're really ready, contact will happen. For many years, I believed in them without needing to see 'em, but at some point I decided I wanted to make contact. It didn't happen over night either. I needed to first sort out my beliefs and attitude about them and find a place of non-fear and non-judgement. There was an inner conflict between my desires and some deeply seeded beliefs. Once resolved, everything opened up.

Again, you may be past this by now, but others looking might find this post beneficial.

I've never read this book, but if she's talking about contacting ets through meditation, OR, if you already are an experiencer, awakening and becoming aware, and understanding what is happening, waking up to any positive contact that may be happening already. Starseeds even asleep are handing in reports so they get a sense how much free will there is and everyones life experiences first hand and make adjustments in their plans, and many starseeds are also on the zetan program. Once you begin medititation, such as hemisync, or anything that creates access into the right hemisphere like bineal beats. Era, gregorian, vangelis, constance demby, and the good starseed music does the same, and all you need is to do some chakra, zen stilling the mind, or free form, paying attention lightly to whatever pops in and watching it drift away, but focusing on colors and vibrations. Set intentions. I am growing closer to my higher self each day and able to reach and get information and help from my higher self.

I tune out the negative in order to be open to seeing what I need to see. I am aware and awakening to who I am. My memories are restored to me.

Praying or asking Prime Creator to assist in awakening you and affirming/intending that you will recieve all the help you need for dna healing and to activate the crystaline structure of your dna and for the activated ascensional work to begin.

These will all bring you to great awareness and depending on your state of mind, and soul, (ask for any blocks in your life, in your mindset, to be revealed and overcome by you) you will probably receive contact. Not all is face to face. Some will be flashing lights, perhaps contact ie. actual telepathy, crafts, dreams, memories of meetings. It could even be face to face, and you may begin to have flashes of early childhood and lifelong contact. Its up to them, and its ego to worry too much about this. Ego does get in the way.

I believe many can receive this, and asking for blocks to be revealed in our natures or opinions in order to achieve a higher vibrational level is good for everyone all the time.

As to how ets talk to us, or what we say sometimes to them, well.... I don't know what you think its like at times. I've said quite a few things, they truly know how I think and feel, and I believe humor is a constant in the universe.

Edit to add: I have a thread on waking up to who you are in source, and much of the aids that are around us, the music, meditations, crop circles which are sound vibrational patterns and sacred geometry, sacred geometry. Setting intentions.

This has to be a joke. "Drug experience?" Oh my goodness.

No you can contact aliens is a much more rational way. Just send out a radio message. They'll get it and figure out what it is. That is how I got into contact with my first alien encounter.

I got interested in this notion some person on the internet made that if you just try to contact them they'll respond. So I went along with it since I have my own radio transmiter that can send messages out to a direct position into outer space. Similar to how you get Television via Satelite.

I was just humoring the silly idea, or at least that was what I thought. The next day I saw a cylinder shape craft hoovering just a hundred feet above my home and a blue light emitted from it. A woman emerged who looked like one of those Venusian humanoids. She spoke English quite well and knew who I was, which I thought was strange. A normal rational mind being put into this situation would only react with one of the following:

1) I must be hallucinating or dreaming

OR

2) Someone who had a radio receiving device got hold of my message and made a flooting balloon that look like a completely authentic explanation. Certainly, the "thing" must have been relatively closer giving me the impression that is bigger and farther away. And some sort of trick with the sun's light made it appear as if it was made from some sort of shiney metal, when in fact it was made out of plastic or alluminum or something that could be easily explained as any skeptic would.

This I must remind you were my first two perspectives of what I was witnesses.

However, I came to the conclusion that I wasn't dreaming or hallucinating when the woman that just appear before me moved to just an inch away from my face staring directly face to face until I snapped out of my skeptical daze and fell backwards onto my butt. Realizing I just snap out of a day dream of delusion, it became clear that this was no dream or hallucination. Because you don't wake up from a day dream (temporal seizure) back into the same hallucination or dream you just had. That just doesn't happen and really can't based on how the brain operates. I would have to be comatose for that occur and clearly I am not comatose nor ever was.

Nevertheless, the perspective of hoax still remained clear in my mind (for the moment). The woman offered her hand and helped me back to my feet. She was wearing an odd outfit and her hair was quite unusual. Even though she appear completely human, her hair and skin still appeared quite odd. But I couldn't put my finger on it.

She then spoke, "Greetings Mister. I received your message. You are quite an unusual sort. Would you care to accompany me for the moment in my 'Shnieezruu,'" pointing to the cylinder shape crap above our heads.

I comply with a simple nod. She smiled, brought out a device that she kept hidden, touched a few buttons, and a blue light engulfed us both.

The next thing I knew, I was inside the cylinder craft. I of course, wasn't aware at the time. But she who had then introduced herself as a sentient being from Andromeda began to explain to me what just happened. It took me quite a while and several further encounters to finally put the pieces together that I was meeting an actual non-terrestrial entity.

I didn't got anally probed if that is what you were thinking and I did encounter her several times more after that particular occurrence.

I know I have been showwing this image in several threads (spamming you could even say), but this is my pixel representation of that woman of her true appearance after she had revealed it. And the pose is how she greeted me.

I wouldnt suggest using anything to enhance the meditaiton or contact. In fact the very best thing you can do is read up on Ingo Swann and perhaps get some books by Joseph McMoneagle or other remote viewers and practice your psi abilities and zen mindedness.
Telepthathy can be practiced in a variety of way. Nature is one way. Trees, plants, animals, insects, birds. Try to connect with them, empathetically, feeling what it is like to be them. Do a meditation and ask for them to teach you their life lessons and knowledge.
Do this with mother earth and tell her first how sorry you are to be a part of the problems, and then really try to listen. Practice connecting with a friend online and exchanging healing energy, or if you don't know how, sending colors of pink and blue for awareness, love, unity, understanding, peace and healing. See if you can ping on them, or get them to ping on you. That is very useful to develop for contact. Drugs would interfere.

Wow! I must admit that your story has me intrigued to the max. I haven't meditated in about a year, but I will resume and try to open myself to a meeting. Being honest? I can't say about other peoples experience, but in MY experience, if you can call it that I dreamt a few months ago that I had contact with what I can only describe as peoples description of a 'grey'. The head was oval shaped, wider at teh top and ending in a very pointed chin, they eyes were large and black, the nose 2 small slits in the face, however what 'scuppered' or ended my 'contact' was when the being opened its mouth I saw lots of what looked like very sharp pointed teeth.
I woke up instantly.

Anyway the next night I had the same dream, except this time the 'grey' was further away , surrounded by a grey mist , but this time he / she / it? held out its right hand is if beckoning me to join it like when someone offers you their hand for you to grab hold of?.
I said in my 'dream voice' I apologise for my OOBE noobiness last night ' and as I said that I woke up again.

I don't remember ANY OTHER dream those nights as I normally write any dreams I have down.

So back to my response to the OP, I don't know if it WAS contact or 2 consecutive nights dreaming the same scenario?
Without any kind of evidence I'll never know.

This is probably what you had actually seen.

The government doesn't go out abducting anyone. They monitor activity of extraterrestrials. That is why you see chase scenes quite often between aliens and our military craft.

If you've met an extraterrestrial or suspected as such, the government will abduct you and use hypnosis to alter your memories to make you believe it was aliens. They will most often then blank out your memory, but still leave the altered memory as an impression in your head and that which you will recall when you visit a hypnotist.

The most revealing evidence of this happening to you is having re-occuring nightmares of the fabricated memory in your head.

What probably had happened is that during one night, you heard a noice. You went outside and saw a gray skin person like that pixel image who welcomed you and invited you to his or her craft. Explain various things to you and sent you back to your home. No abduction, no malicious activities, no medical experimentation or probing.

But given that the alien had given away his or her position to the government which has been monitoring them for decades, they eventually showed up, took you, abducted you, traumatized and maybe even tortured you and then hypnotized you bringing out your encounters with the extraterrestrials and altering it to be something out of science fiction movie or the science fiction series "Taken."

Why would they want to do this to you? Well you see we live in a society run by capitalism of which extreme elites call the shots and rule over us all. They are threatened by the idea of extraterrestrials (peaceful mind you) interacting with our society. Because it disrupts the power of these individuals. They have no say in what aliens do. They have no power over them. So how can they continue holding their own power in a democratic society with these people "intruding" on their turf? How can they even compete should the aliens start becoming nominated to run political offices.

How can they even continue running with the power they currently have if aliens do get nominated to key political positions and turn the Earth into a communist utopia where every human has equal wealth, because the aliens hold no value towards material wealth and only care about the essentials such as what is necessary to survive?

Surely if I were abducted by anyone then A: the wife would have noticed ( unless theres an extremely strong and odourless knockout gas? and B: there would have been 'time lost' as to hypnotise anyone takes time, and to hypnotis someone so thoroughly so they can't remember anything of value or have disjointed memories would take a lot of time, more than a night or two? IMO.

Just go outside on a clear night and empty your mind of thoughts. Invite the ET's into your area by pure thought and they will come. Don't be afraid and stop as I do sometimes, they're very nice from what I've heard. You can also use lasers to shoot into the sky and they will come investigate.

I always carry a torch with attached lazer pointer ( red) and a seperate green laser pointer , but there are very few 'isolated' or quiet spots where I am which is a shame.

Saying that , we went to a local fireworks display last weekend and the wife noticed a light in the sky which wasn't the usual plane going over head, she asked me what it was, it was a chinese lantern, I have NO IDEA how people can mistake those for ufos . mind you probably stupid blind people may mistake them for UFOS......

Not true. They would probably ensure she was having a false memory or dreamscape. Not all are abductions. Some of it usually is, and if they need their medical team it may be that way. But for simply implants, and some nefarious checkups and work, they don't have to do that. It is quite common for them to ensure a false memory or dreamscape, and then to proceed right in your bedroom. If you do wake up for it, your perception will be changed. You may experience pain, but not intense, a flow of liquid down your head and in your ear but wont see blood if you touch. You may experience things entering your body and feel something quickly go through your vascular system into your lungs even. I had this experience. And then it was lights out.

Well the guys I met this way did a direct overhead fly-by a couple of weeks later just to confirm the experience. Awesome, up fairly close display I must say! I see them from time to time now flying over the city. More people have been reporting sightings of these ships in the last few years, too.

It's very real. Problem is very few people want to do the hard work themselves and would rather have it all handed to them on a silver platter. It doesn't work that way. You gotta put in the hard work to prove yourself to them or they won't show... unless they have an interest in you themselves, but I think that's a different situation.

They're pretty nice guys actually. I find it very hard to buy into the whole malevolent MO, personally, although like us there's probably some bad apples with bad attitudes. Although somewhat guarded at first, they were pretty open, honest, and helpful to me, and I'm sure they will be in the future. Lots of stuff we don't understand/directly perceive so we generally filter it out. (Hint: If you feel like someone is invisibly near you watching you, chances are there is. They come and go, and they aren't the only ones.)

I thought it was pretty funny when I asked if I could tell others about these experiences and they said they didn't care, because no one would believe me. They suggested I don't because I would be ridiculed by others, but if I wanted to then 'go for it' . They were right for the most part. It's ok though, the only one I have to prove anything to is myself, and I already did. I just laugh at those who mock/ridicule this stuff. Moving on to the next phase. Face to face contact... Not sure if I have the gonads yet, and I think they know this and are waiting for me to initiate again.

The pictures actually looks like a tall white, perhaps one of the zetan hybrids. I believe the tall whites that the black ops provided accommodation for are the first of the hybrids from the grey program or Vrill and that they were the ones involved in much of the programs with abducted children as well.

There are 3 main groups with many others. The zetan program with hybrids and black ops involved. They are in agreement with nwo. The Federation/andromedans that are the good forces, and renegades that seem overall to side with the zetan/nwo side for their own agendas which many don't know what they are exactly. For example, if one4all is correct, and my friend said yes, and many systems are at war, with freedom being the goal, then its likely that Sirius is one of those systems. The Montaulk project in various websites, talks about the looking glass technology, which messed up our timelines, coming from the cool scientific blond Sirians. This would be Lyraeans that went to the wrong side after the evacuation of that planet when many transplanted into various systems. So there are two different sides in the Sirius system. Dan Bursich also talks about the looking glass technology. It certainly wasnt given to our advantage.

There are possibly many more groups involved as well. Greys do not have our best interests in heart overll.
