Moscow police have detained a man they believe killed, butchered and partially ate one of his acquaintances. Severed parts of the victim’s body have been discovered in various parts of the city since early May.

To me it rather shocking, however I am not at all suprised. This kind of thing has happened in the past and it will continue to happen till the end of time.
