Its hard to tell what is fueling the bc issue. Probably some of it is racism but not all. But he is black so he has to have been born in africa. Right?

OK I'll refute it. It's bunk.

Claim #1. Baseline Parallax abstraction. The word MALE does indeed drop. Because it is a capital letter, only the front leg of the font drops. Looking at the red line that the author has added, you can see that the ascii font can be counted 3 pixel lines lower from the second leg of the M when you take into account that the second leg of the M should be 2 pixels lower in the base letter.
The same can be said of the second incident of parallax deformation. And the difference can't be measured as a perfect 3 pixel base because these come from a physical print that was scanned. Each line could be up to 10 pixels different thanks to the rolling reem wheels or rubber wheels from the printer/typewriter that kicked out the original document. While reliable, these machines were not high precision laser printers or even high tech color jets on millimeter precise rolling bodies.


Claim #2. Letter Halo proves photoshop. Well, that's just stupid, BUT to make sure. Here is what Adobe has to say.

Now crazy as it may sound, I am of the impression, that the Halo's on the LFBC are consistent with a lowly trained government servant quickly re-scanning a document without taking a half an hour to run through every single setting available to ensure the absolute highest quality image.
Again, moderately paid public clerk being asked to scan a document. NOT the senior document curator at the smithsonian.

Claim #3. Binary and Grey Scale: Again. Just stupid. This author is suggesting that someone went through the trouble to forge individual letters inside individual words to NO BENEFIT. You would forge entire words, or sections that would change the meaning of a group of letters.
What this person is claiming is that they know the physical typewriter characters original form, and can tell that certain letters have been changed. This is crap. Aside from not knowing the type of machine, keys could have been replaced on that machine because they wear out. Types arms got replaced regularly for vowels because the stamp head of the vowels would wear unevenly and become smudgey or unreadable.
In this specific case the author is pointing to the letters H I and A and L. Uhm....lemme get this right. Looking at a scan of a document from a type writer used in HAwAII the author is certain that forgery is the only answer when 3 letters that would get typed optimistically 1000's of times more than the other keys do to the spelling of the state, look a little smudgey. Yes...An expert indeed. Bunk.
Lets go one more for his special line on the name BARACK in which the the single R does look to be binary instead of grayscale. Answer: OCR Optical Character Recognition Conversion when the document was converted to PDF. If it was a blobbed ink stamp, PDF could have auto filled the letter. That is much more probable than some giant conspiracy to inject a single R into the name???
What is the possible letter that was there before that was so damning and proves that the president isn't an American??? S, J, P, N???? What word spelled B-A __A-C-K could have been there instead that is proof that this man is from Africa??? It's his damn name. Idiot.
And even if there are multiple boxes throughout the document that appear to have digital typeface instead of black and white scan transfer, again, Adobe PDF can take liberty at conversion to change individual characters to insure documents are not missing whole letters.

Claim #4. I can't comment "expertly" on the sequential number issue of the dates other than to say that my own sons birth certificate says that he was born on "His Birthday and time", and the date of acceptance is 11 days later. KNow why, that's when the damn paperwork got filed. This happens all the damn time. My own birth certificate was not registered until 2 weeks after I was born because my parents hadn't settled on my first name so they took the birth certificate with them, and brought it back to the hospital when they decided on my first name and signed it with the name, at that time. Again, Idiot. Paperwork is not instantly registered right NOW anymore than it was 50 years ago.


Claim #5. It is a RUBBER STAMP you moron. The stamp pad or stamper itself was not perfect in it's application of ink. If anything what is even better is that there is solid, but differential enough symmetry in the stamped numbers between box 20 and 22 to imply strongly that the same stamper was used. It is a rubber stamp and stamp pad that probably got thousands of uses, and got left open to the air repeatedly. Again, he is just making up stuff. Pointing to things which are actually VERY consistent, and stating that there is an inconsistency. Physical technology IS inconsistent within reason. It is consistent within constraints.

Claim #6. This is the same claim that has been debunked and sorted at least 5 times here on ATS. The multiple layers on the PDF line up precisely if you consider 2 documents being held together and laid on a scanner bed at the same time. Short form was behind long form, the light from the scanner captured binary data from the second sheet. This has been covered to death. But this guy brings it up yet again.


So no matter what. If I could use a scanning tunneling electron microscope and prove that each atom and molecule of that document is authentic, birthers will not believe it.

Because they don't want to believe it. They have a new religion called "He Aint American". And that is all they need to know.
They are proud of their ignorance, and apparently, they are proud to be lead around by the nose by people who think they are ignorant and want to use that to their own advantage.

In short, if you know a birther personally, sell them farming rights on Mars, sell them a magnetic fuel stabilizer for their car, sell them magnet bracelets to cure their arthritis, and acai berry juice to cure their cancer. Sell them whatever snake oil and imaginary bridge you can find. Because they will probably buy it.

Because they WANT to be taken advantage of, and at this point honestly, they deserve it.

Again, what did the time travel thing have to do with me? I never spoke of it. I am not into that, although it makes great movies. Unless you mean quantum jumping. I haven't mastered the technique yet.
