Yeah I've been looking at it the same way, Some sort of panic attack that happens when we are asleep. The episode I had yesterday was bizarre as I was able to move around all through it, No voices or visuals but I could feel the weight pushing me down.

I did spot a UFO yesterday, It was stationary and I was driving so I quickly pulled over and took out my phone but when I looked up again it was gone. This was no weather balloon, It was around 6pm and the sky was clear, It was very low and emitting a bright light that switched between red and yellow. My brother was with me and he saw the object as well, I've given up trying to figure out these things. I'm just trying to live a normal life and think within the box.

I don't know if this is seen as Sleeping paralysis, but ill post it anyway.

This one night, I was trying to sleep, and I felt a presence in my room, the fear grew steadily and before i knew it i was lying on my back shaking like crazy. You must know im not a religous person, but at that moment i was screaming (in my head) : Please Jezus save me!! And the shaking and extreme fear kept going for.. I dont know how long, it could have been 1 minute, but also 1 hour. Then it slowly stopped, and in the end i fell asleep.

The night after that i had the same, but very short; a couple of seconds nothing more.

Sometimes i have the same feeling as before, but the fear goes away very quickly. Like if you were immune to a dissease. .... Also sometimes (very very rarely) I have these 'schocks' inside my head, yeah it sounds really weird, but i cant describe it better. This happens during the day. Ive researched it, but I cant find a good answer why this is happening.

I guess everyone experiences different things during SP, some members see humanoid like creatures, Some spiders, Some hear voices or music etc. I would think you experienced SP but I'm no expert.

The electrostatic is something I've never felt before during SP, Shocked a few people a few times in my life but once again this is very normal.

The UFO thing is freaking me out, I'm tired of seeing this stuff. I'll try take as many photos as I can, I tried taking some with my old phone but the camera was not good enough so I bought another phone.

I just read a thread on the 3:00-3:45am phenomenon and it seems to be very common. 3:00 Am is significant in the occult if I'm not wrong.

I'll throw a wacky theory out there:
What if some entities were/are trying to use us as vessels? Aliens/Demons etc. Now that's creepy....Just watched the movie Insidious lol made me think for 5 minutes or so.

My friend, you've been astral projecting the whole time. The symtomps of astral traveling are sleep paralysis.

I only experienced this once and it scared the yuck out of me. In the middle of the afternoon, I fell asleep on the sofa... a nice little afternoon nap. I can't recall what happened but something startled me to open my eyes. I couldn't move, I couldn't speak. My mind was racing and all I could do was look up. I remember being so tired that I could barely keep my eyes open. Remembering I read that this happens to people from time to time, I just closed my eyes and went back to sleep. When I woke up, everything was fine.

It was the weirdest thing...almost like when I was startled, it was so sudden that my mind woke up and wasn't prepared to wake up my body at the same time.

I've never had an out of body experience so I doubt it.

I've had sleep paralysis quite a few times, I used to get it quite often in a flat I used to live in for some reason.
I'll only get it every now and then these days.

Last time I had it I fell asleep watching The Fourth Kind and woke up with sleep paralysis at the bit of the film with that alien voice, panic ensued lol

I tend to get it when I'm stressed.

What your talking about is the beginning stage of an OBE, not nessicarily a developed stage of an OBE.

I cannot recall ever having an OBE although most people also report having SP. My dreams never make any sense and I think narcolepsy would be the cause, I'm always sleepy even after a good nights rest.

Sure thing...
Well there are two types of OBE's; near death experiences and astral projection. Astral projection is when the conscience leaves the body through one of the chakras. The beginning stage of astral projection starts when the body begins vibrating. Your body is asleep, but your mind is awake. Then after the vibrations reach their peak, you may hear voices calling your name or random whisps of air hitting your skin.
