How much more evidence to we need:

www.activistpost.com...

"A top Duma political leader caused shock waves in a recent television interview when he warned that Russia could deploy an arsenal of new technology to “destroy any part of the planet” and kill over a hundred million people using secret weather weapons if the United States, the UN or Georgia tried to stop Russia’s entry into the WTO."

Does this video now give us insight into what lies in our path?

“With them we will destroy any part of the planet within 15 minutes,” he sensationally warned.
“Not an explosion, not a ray burst, not some kind of laser, not lightning, but a quiet and peaceful weapon,” added Zhirinovsky, warning that “whole continents will be put to sleep forever” and that “120 million will die” if anyone interfered with Russia’s claim on the Kuril Islands, which are the subject of a territorial dispute with Japan.

This is the 10 th thread about this today

This is Vladimir Zhirinovsky ..He's a radical anti-semitic Russian Ultra-Nationalist. He is drunk in this video and he is comic politican in Russia for years.

en.wikipedia.org...

In the late 80's and 90's (at a time when Russia was experiencing serious internal turmoil and financial problems) Zhirinovsky ran for the highest office in the land, and due to his popularity, was considered a serious (and extremely dangerous) threat to world stability. Some in the German media at the time even denounced him as 'Russia's Hitler". However, due to his love of drink and promotion of 'free sex' (and violent temper) he fortunately lost all credibility with the Russian public and has all but since disappeared off the world stage.

Also see this

With a ludicrous campaign platform that includes plans to flood Great Britain and proclaim a police state, political clown Vladimir Zhirinovsky is roughing up the Russian election campaign. It's a move entirely to the Kremlin's liking because it helps to neutralize the potential of right-wing voters.

Vladimir Zhirinovsky is Vice-Chairman of the Russian State Duma and leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR), the first officially sanctioned opposition party after the fall of communism. The LDPR has deep links with the former KGB and Communist Party and has become a significant force in Russian politics, despite Zhirinovsky himself being branded as a militant neo-fascist.

Sorry if this has already been dealt with, however according to the above statement - He has become a significant force in Russian Politics despite his branding!

This is dangerous talk!

It wouldn't be fair to accept anything as "evidence" from him, because he's a nut job, and a real drama queen.

Zhirinovsky is well known for his boasts pertaining to other countries, having expressed a desire to reunite countries of the ex-Soviet "near abroad" with Russia to within the Russia's borders of 1900 (including Finland and Poland). He has advocated forcibly retaking Alaska from the United States (which would then become "a great place to put the Ukrainians"), turning Kazakhstan into "Russia's back yard", and provoking wars between the clans and the nations of the former Soviet Union and occupying what will remain of it when the wars are over.[17] Zhirinovsky, who encourages separatism within the Russian minority in the Baltic states,[8] endorsed the forcible re-occupation of these countries and said nuclear waste should be dumped there.[17][21]

Zhirinovsky hailed what he described as "the democratic process" in Iraq under Saddam Hussein, whom he supported strongly. The friendship dated at least until the first Persian Gulf War in 1991, during which time Zhirinovsky sent several armed volunteers from the "Falcons of Zhirinovsky" group to support the Iraqi president. Allegations have dogged Zhirinovsky closely since the fall of Baghdad that he personally profited from illicit oil sales as part of the Oil-for Food scandal, a charge investigated in 2005 by the Independent Inquiry Committee into the Oil-for-Food Programme (Volcker Commission) and the US Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations (PSI).[22] He is also close to the Serbian nationalist leader and war crimes suspect Vojislav Šešelj.[17]

Zhirinovsky said he's dreaming of a day "when Russian soldiers can wash their boots in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean and switch to year-round summer uniforms"

Maybe he just doesn't like the cold. lol.

He's also commented that Condoleeza Rice should be taken to a "barracks" by a group of soldiers.

I can't take anything he says seriously, and I don't think the Russians much do either.

So what if he is drunk, arn't people more open and honest when drunk?

He could be telling the truth, especially believable considering HAARP and other installations around the world and industrial scale cloud seeding and more has been around for decades.

"In vino veritas" is mostly wishful thinking - most people are more full of bullshirt when drunk than truth!

Drinking Vodka is endemic in Russian Society especially among politicians it's their coke. But I was particularly interested in the type of weaponry they have available which has become the topic of many threads here re Haarp etc.,

If he is drunk in this interview - we need to remember how many truths spill from a drunken mouth.

Moscow has routinely employed the weather control technology of “cloud seeding” for decades to ensure sunny skies when military parades are taking place on national holidays, but turning the weather into a devastating weapon to be used in warfare is a frightening new prospect.

However, as the revelations of weather modification expert Ben Livingston, a former Navy Physicist who briefed President Lyndon B. Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control back in the 1960s during the Vietnam era, have documented, as far back as the early 1950s the United States was funneling money into programs aimed at using the weather as a weapon during the cold war. It would be naive to think that the Russians weren’t engaged in similar research.

Moreover, in an April 1997 speech to the University of Georgia, Athens, then US Secretary of Defense William Cohen spoke of the threat of an “eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

Yeah, but he was talking about it in the context of the terrorism of fear, about how FALSE threats can divert resources. In particular he's talking about threats that futurist Alvin Toeffler thought up.

A: Well, it points out the nature of the threat. It turned out to be a false threat under the circumstances. But as we’ve learned in the intelligence community, we had something called — and we have James Woolsey here to perhaps even address this question about phantom moles. The mere fear that there is a mole within an agency can set off a chain reaction and a hunt for that particular mole which can paralyze the agency for weeks and months and years even, in a search. The same thing is true about just the false scare of a threat of using some kind of a chemical weapon or a biological one. There are some reports, for example, that some countries have been trying to construct something like an Ebola Virus, and that would be a very dangerous phenomenon, to say the least. Alvin Toeffler has written about this in terms of some scientists in their laboratories trying to devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic specific so that they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can destroy specific crops. Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.
