Most come from a contest on Worth1000.

Worth1000

Enter "Giant Skeleton" into the search on the right top. Then filter by photographs on the list to the right. You will find them in a couple of contests and other entries.

Most of the photos there were actually part of a viral marketing campaign a few years ago to market a game called 'Shadow of the Colossus'.

Great game, terrible marketing idea, unfortunately.
