Is this risk for a tsunami?
And thats not good, they don't need another earthquake

From what I hear anything below a 7.0 is free of risk from tsunamis.
That being said, it's still a strong earthquake and will not help things that's for sure.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about any tsunami risk.

Just possibility of further damage to the already damaged reactors

That's actually really close, given the damaged reactors additional damage cannot be good
