Ashton Kutcher lands on 'Two and a Half Men'

Ashton Kutcher will replace troubled star Charlie Sheen in the hit CBS comedy "Two and a Half Men" next season, the network and producers Warner Bros. Television said on Friday.

I don't know what to think....I'm just having a hard time picturing Kutcher in Charlie's role. At least Sheen knew what it was to party all night, getting drunk and sleeping with beautiful women. It was HIS life pretty much.

Also he looks younger than his on screen brother so how will that work out? Make up? All nighters?

Yeah, I don't know how he's going to pull off being the older brother. He looks much younger than Jon Cryer.

Also, I hope they give the kid some better lines. It was cute when he was little, but the past few years, the writers
keep writing stupid lines that only work for a little kid. I would like to him play a young adult now, instead of the corny, goofy kid they are making him out to be.

You guys didn't even read the article lol. It says Kutcher is playing a new character, not Sheen's "Charlie Harper". I think it will be interesting to see what kind of character they create for Kutcher. At least the first new episode will get a lot of ratings due to everybody's curiosity.

I don't even see how they can call it Two and 1/2 Men anymore, Jake is grown up almost now.

It should be interesting, nonetheless.

Regardless of how they shoehorn him in, it will be the eventual death of the show.

Like it or not, the show revolved around Charlie, the others are just bit players. It's like taking Frasier out of Frasier, and just dealing with his dad and Niles. Yep, picture it for a moment....

I'm no fan of Charlie's actions, but the show isn't really the show without him.
