As mentioned in the previous thread on this subject (link above),. the Anti-Imaging bill is also in the works. It is HB 1938 whereas this one is HB 1937.

The Texas Senate should pass it easily and the governer will likely sign it.

So the next question is how will they implement it

I hope that other states will take same measures for the benefit of the people in this nation that has nothing to do with the "fake war on terror" created by our own government affecting American citizens.
