Did not see this posted.

Sorry for some reason can not embed video.

FORT WORTH — As storms rolled through the Metroplex Tuesday night amateur photographer Brian Luenser had his camera trained on the sky and captured some amazing photographs of lightning raining down on the city of Fort Worth.

Link news.yahoo.com...

Somethings not right about this just watch the video and you will see.

I don't see no lightening at all no lights seem to go off just weird what do you think.

Thanks

Interesting. Don't think I have ever seen this before.
Maybe just one or 2, but never this many anyways.

The different colors are odd too. Most appear to be a blue, or maybe even a blue-green or turquoise. Then there are also a few that are more red or orange.

That is some good video, looks more like an earthlights show. Why cant we hear them exploding?..... all i can hear is birds, seems a little late for birds though.

It would be great if some aerial footage popped up of this, thanks for posting.

That was an amazing video thanks for sharing mars1 S&F

I agree it looks very odd (and amazing)

Strange so many transformers would blow like that, and that they look like that blowing, left pretty speechless really and going for another watch now.

I don't think you can embed yahoo videos on ATS but I found one on youtube below...

the lights that appear in the sky around the 1:55, could these be lense flare or ...............U.F.O ? Pretty amazing , would liked to have been there.

after watching video again i notice the lights in the sky appear at the 12 - 27 sec mark as well, and somebody correct me if i am wrong but the lights appear in the same sequence at both parts of the video. It may be looped or its a response from the reptilians

And that is how quickly the electricity would be gone if something terrible were to happen.

That looks pretty epic I must say. Like a laser show!
(When I saw 'Transformers', Optimus Prime immediately sprung to mind!! Ha!)

One thing though, I've seen large industrial transformers explode and they looked nothing like that! Thats just my experience.

Are there any electrical engineers around that could maybe give any info as to whether this kind of thing happens often and with this kind of effect-for 30 minutes?

That's what I was thinking. The number of explosions is also odd. And does anyone know what would be causing the different color lights, assuming it is transformers exploding?

Transformers 'blowing up?????? C'mon, you've got to be kidding me. That seems a pretty preposterous explanation and I highly doubt it. Dozens blowing up, many in the same spot, from what? Where are the lightning bolts that struck all these dozens of transformers??? Electricity stays on??? LOL. Interesting these 'explosions' look just like the ones pictured in footage from Japan, right before the earthquake, who many thought might be some type of EM weapon/other attack.

some 15 years ago when we first moved to where we now live we experienced multiple electrical transformer malfunction in our area. it was one of the scariest things i've seen in my life. there was a odd, pretty green lighting up the sky as several transformers on poles went bad during a storm.

i'd never seen such color lighting up the sky, and i honestly thought we may be about to experience the Apocalypse! that really scared the heck out of me. we found out what actually happened days later in the local newspaper. i can look back now and chuckle but i was in serious fear at the time.
