The results are saddening. Even Al Qaeda has admitted that OBL was killed then. These results just tell me that there are too many that would rather spin a topic as 'CONSPRACY" rathjer than accept the truth.

ATS can generate plenty of revenue to better service its members with the results for the 2012 Political Campaign and the affiliated parties Post more surveys and approach the MSM ??

I'm sorry, do you speak this language? Did you translate the videos yourself? Do you have proof that the words ont hose videos are correct...or that that is actually Osama Bin Laden? Did you know of him before the pictures the USA government showed on the screen? I don't know many who can say yes, to any of those questions. Can you? Beyond a reasonable doubt?

Another very obvious bit of propaganda was done shortly after the May 4 1970 Shootings at the Kent State riot. Right after that riot my Mom, several states away called in a panic wondering if I was alright. Seems there was nation wide coverage, WITH FILM FOOTAGE of a massive riot at my Big Ten University. The riot never took place. I was on campus from 7:00 am till 5:00 pm.

An interesting side note is I was the only one in my dorm that I know of who got a frantic call from a concerned Mom. The rest were instate students which seem to indicate there was a "News Blackout" for the state where the University was located!

You will note there is no mention of the RIOT THAT NEVER WAS in the University history, quite the opposite!

These years of the late 1960's and early 1970's also contained another situation that was not so pleasant - the unrest and riots on College campuses. This unrest on the Purdue campus was less severe than elsewhere. Even so the situation caused considerable tension at Alumni meetings throughout the State.

Purdue agriculture, its students and Alumni were a solid core or sanity throughout this period. Even so, Dean Kohls who attended many meetings throughout the state found it hard to explain campus happenings to outraged alumni. At one such meeting, those in attendance were demanding to know why administrators didn't "do something." This was the hometown of one of the widely publicized campus agitators. www.ag.purdue.edu...

Later we had a "sit-in" at the Admin. building It was about 25 students and lasted a few hours. Farm kids are a bit hard to spoon feed Communism to and the SDS was a really big flop on campus. I spent about an hour in discussion with "the widely publicized campus agitator" one evening just before he was to go on TV.

That and several other incidents where I was an eye witness has made me a skeptic of the Mass Media.



Now if the MSM could manufacture a riot out of whole cloth back in the spring of 1970 to justify the killing of students at Kent state, Why the heck can't you believe they just might be doing the same type of cover-up now??? It sure worked well back in 1970!

To the OP:

For the next survey, try breaking the time tables and the intended questions from one another. This can be misleading and someone may not believe in the time of May 1st but may believe that Osama died at that time.

Example: On the second question is states: OBL was killed by a US led assassination team on May 1st, but there are important and potentially damning aspects of the operations being kept from the pubic and other countries.

-The problem here is this:
1) What if I dont agree on the May 1st date/What if I do agree on the May 1st date
2) Important and potentially damning aspects of the operations are being kept from the public

Lets say, I believe he was not killed on May 1st, but I believe things are being held back from the public.

What do I choose? Strongly agree? agree? neutral? etc? Cause on one hand I agree about things being held back, but on the other I dont agree with the date so I should probably check neutral right?

Corrections for next time: PS: I LIKE the surveys

1) Break the questions into smaller topics such as:
-Do you think important and potentially damning aspects of the operations are being kept from the public?
-When do you think the operation took place? If you believe it did

2) Make the questions with specific answers and not agree, neutral, disagree.

Ex: When do you believe OBL was killed?
a) Before May 1st, 2011 b) On May 1st, 2011 c) OBL is still alive at this time d) None of the above

-I would use this method to get a better idea of when people think events occurred.

The very public "killing" of OSB of course plays right along with the rest. The timing is perfect since state National guard units along the Mexican border will all be with drawn in June and July of this year.


In the thread I outline how "Homeland Security" removed hundreds of border patrol agents from the Mexican Border, derailed the border fence authorized by Congress in 2006 and then cancels the Border Fence Project in January of this year. Ms. Napolitano justified to lawmakers a 30 percent budget reduction for U.S. Customs and Border Protection. (March 17, 2010) Finally in June and July of this year the last of the four border states are losing their National Guard troops who guard the border. Worse while Minuteman civilian patrols are keeping an eye out for illegal border crossers, the U.S. Border Patrol is keeping an eye out for Minutemen -- and telling the CORRUPT Mexican government where they are!

Looking at the WHOLE picture is what makes the whole situation stink to high heaven. Just like the failure of the interceptor jets made 9/11 stink.

You know, 5000+ responses is a very large sample. I have seen medium size elections called after 5000 votes were cast.

Actually I try to tell those who are rebelling like the Agitator in college, that we have a system set up for instituting change. Use that not violence.

Many people on this site think they know exactly what's going on in the world just because they question the "official" story. You deny the official story, but then you accept some crazy story with zero evidence instead. You deny ignorance on one level and openly accept it on another.

When's the last time you've questioned your own assumptions? Sought evidence to prove your SELF wrong. Considered the validity of those who don't agree with you? And the ultimate question; Are you laying your emotions aside when seeking the truth? because if you hate Obama, you're going to seek anything and everything that validates that emotion and vice versa. Be a scientist and not a rebel. Be objective and not emotionally invested.

DUDE, seeking evidence to solve problems is what I did for thirty years! I was so successful my company used to send me to other plants to solve the knotty problems the PhDs could not. (I have a BS and a cert in Quality) Going into a problem with bias just does not work and I am hard wired not to do that. That is why I am a scientist with a good Statistical background who loves to play with numbers.

No I do not "hate Obama" actually many of us were very hopeful he would correct the road that Bush had us headed down. No such luck. It has become obvious he is as much "owned" by the corporation cartels as Bush was.

I do not have to "hate him" all I have to do is look at who he has as his staff and the bills he signed into law. I have read, researched and dissected more laws and treaties in the last six years than I ever did in the previous 55.

Hmmm, I find it interesting that you took my post personal, even though it was aimed at an audience which you're probably not a member of. Not only did you take it personal, you percieved that I was refering to a specific event. IE:

This quote is out of context with my comments. I was speaking generally, not specifically. You stated that a majority of the population at ATS isn't brainwashed sleepwalkers and I just don't agree. They may have a different perspective but they buy conspiricy stories without any evidence hook, line, and sinker. And then they tout it around as the truth with their fingers in their ears yelling "LA LA LA LA LA LA LA...".

Obviously, if you've done your research and have collected evidence, my post was not aimed at you! You are more than likely someone who I respect! So chill out man and good for you.

Which Al Qaeda is that? do you mean the INTERNET source. I must admit it is one of the few times an internet source story is taken up as the ultimate truth by the MSM. Funny that, no one at MSM queried the truth or otherwise of the internet source. So who WAS Al Qaeda, (the CIA) and who is Al Qaeda today, (still the CIA?) MSM is 'studious' about querying internet sources, even the Wiki cables were debated as real, yet here we have a crappy internet page saying OBL has died, and everybody at MSM believes it unequivocally!
