Parts of Japan flooding at high tide

Well i was surfing the net this morning and stumbled across this article talking about parts of japan flooding at high tide is it truly sinking or has the damage been done and this is the new norm there Japan flooding at high tide its from myway.com not sure how credible they are news wise but interesting to say the least. I did a search and found nothing posted on this IMO i would be getting out of there soon if i had the means the sad thing is airlines and such are price gouging the people trying to leave its a very sad situation put this with the recent possibility of fires at the Fukishima Nuclear plant and its all bad.
