Panic in Italy over May 11 Megaquake prediction from seismologist that died in 1979

I would just pray that you don't find yourself caught up in all the action around earthquake and doomsday predictions when no person really knows the time. Maybe the Almighty Creator Yahuwah will find favour in you, if ya just ask Him for forgiveness and a chance to eternal life.

LOL. When nothing happens I'm sure they will feel like idiots.

I have noticed a trend here on ATS. Since i started coming here every month is predicted to either be the end, or a huge EQ, or something impacting the earth, oh and Jesus coming back.

I really think if people would spend as much energy living life, as they do predicting, or worrying about doomsday, they would be much happier in life.

If the big EQ happens in rome in 2 days...you have 2 days to live life as full as you can...if the eq doesnt hit, then keep living life...until next month when i am sure someone has already stated it will be the end of the world.

Never look at the days, look at the waves. I am nothing but everything as you all are. Waves are created by the human thought energy process in the amount of energy that is focused on it. Specific dates are usually created by those who wish to control us by deception. Through manipulation, control of media and films. Oh I am not laughing at the Italian prediction, I was laughing at the silly Taiwanese man who predicted a 14.0 quake. He might get a quake, but a 14.0 - well that would probably be doomsday for the entire planet.

Yeah something of a 14.0 magnitude only happened a few times in history... and that was when the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs hit Mexico and caused almost everything to die.

So a earth generated 14.0 is impossible... A 14.0 from a big asteroid hitting the earth is possible. Anyway I doubt we'll see that any time soon.

Going by what happened in Japan, never say never to these predictions now.

You never know it could happen. Just be aware is all. And ave your survival kits at the ready.

At first I thought this referred to an earthquake happening in April. The quatrains were originally written in French. The French word for April is Avril. Mt. Avril is a mountain in Italy.

Just something to think about....although Mt. Avril is a ways away from Rome...
Maybe it refers to an earthquake in April 2012 instead or April in any other year, but if an earthquake happens near Mt. Avril, then we know what he meant.

edit: Avril is also a place in France. It is eerily very close to the Cattenom Nuclear Plant.

It is now May 11, 2011 in Milan, Italy and almost 4am....I have checked an earthquake site for Italy....nothing yet.....I think that perhaps....it just isn't going to happen,,,,I'm just sayin'

So now where is everyone saying that the quake did happen? hello? Oh my, there was even two so far. 10 dead last count....... Hope there's no more. And yes, Italy and Rome can be considered close enough. Debunkers?

Was just reading that on CNN and though not Rome, still quite a spin out.

I'm not trying to support the prediction. The distance from Rome, Italy to Madrid, Spain is 1360 kms (845 miles).

But its not like they're at the opposite ends of the world either. People can drive that distance in a day.

Anyways I predicted a disaster/earthquake on todays date and in Rome. This was not based on any other people's predictions, like nostradamas or the seismologist that died.

This was based on the fact of May 11 being illuminating number, the simpson show that shows a clock landing by Homer with the small hand on the 5 and the big hand on the 11 (time is 5:55) right after they detonated a bomb/earthquake. And also the fact of the false flag event where they announced osama dead and beatified Pope John Paul (in Rome) on the same day. Not a coincidence. (Heard HAARPS numbers are off the chart today also).
